That was a worse tackling effort than the Washington guys who let Bland score that pick six, at least they had the excuse of being offensive players.

Unsung hero of your 10-1 Curse of Culpo. Needed a pick six after Jordan Love gave KING KID the game of a lifetime. We want that 1st seed buzz off! I have no clue what you’re even talking about 75% of the time. Your boy trying to run the keeper league title after not making the playoffs last year. Deebo vulturing a TD when I have Run CMC & Purdy wasn't cool but McCaffrey got a tuddy.

UT called it, that was coming. Geno probably shouldn't be playing, he looks rough. Gonna be over quickly I think, might have time to watch the Egg Bowl!

Stoked as fuck about the Texans vs Jaguars game, biggest Texans game since the 2019 playoff loss to Kansas City the big comeback, so biggest game in almost 4 seasons. After looking closer this is definitely the biggest and single most important Texans vs Jaguars game ever played. Two division opponents that you can't really even call a rivalry even though they've played each other twice a year for 22 years now. Very few times have they ever played with any type of meaning to the game. Texans were actually heavily influenced by the Jaguars in their expansion. They went after several Jaguars players in expansion draft, got Tony Boselli, Dom Capers the head coach was Defensive Coordinator for the Jaguars from 1999 to 2001 I believe so was several of his coaching staff. I know they also brought over Gary Walker the defensive lineman that played for the Oilers in their final season in the Houston Astrodome his rookie year in 1996 so that was very cool(Walker had a great season for Capers Jaguars on that 1999 defense that went 14-2, ended up being the Texans first pro bowler that 2002 season). Texans have dominated the Jaguars since 2002, something like 29-14 all time record, which would account for something like 20% of our all time franchise wins. I've often criticized the 2002 division realignment for being rigged for Peyton Manning to have as easy of a regular season career as possible but by putting us in the Jags division they also kind of threw us a bone with a couple of wins every year. Texans 2nd ever win in franchise history was over the Jags in that 2002 season, was also first road win in franchise history at Alltell Stadium. Texans have swept the Jaguars something like 11 times. Jaguars have swept the Texans 4 times, 2 or 3 of those years our coach got fired at the end of the season(1 of those, 2017, the coach SHOULD have got fired but god bless the broken road that led us to where we are now) so you know shit was bad in a year where we get swept by Jacksonville. As far as meaningful regular season games where both teams were good, very rare; 2004 around mid-season the Texans were 3-3 in search of their first ever 2 game win streak and their first ever time to have a winning record of any kind while Jacksonville went into that game 5-2. Texans took them down to get to 4-3 and this was a great and fun time to have been a fan of the team since the beginning. They would end up beating Jacksonville again later in the year(Houston was out of playoff contention by that point) in what I believe was a win that knocked Jags out of the playoff race with their 7th loss. This was the game where Petey Faggins ran back the pick 6 and jumped up onto the barrier for one of my favorite pics ever in NFL history, my desktop background on my laptop for years: 2007 season finale comes close, Jags were 11-4 and Texans were 7-8 looking to secure their first ever non-losing season, the Jags if I remember correctly rested starters since playoff spot was locked in so this game didn't mean anything to them. It was a big deal that we finished 8-8 to me that year to see them not be losers for the first time. Looking back now and jesus what a stacked division that was that year. 2008 is my favorite and most memorable Texans vs Jaguars game the Monday night football game, the Texans debut on Monday night football and they played so awesome that night on the big stage, was like a big coming out party for the team at the time. Mario Williams wrecking shop, NRG crowd going about as crazy as they ever did for a game, it was one of my favorite Texans games but both teams had losing records and the game didn't matter in the standings. The closest anyone can think of to this weekend's game over on the Texans forum when I brought this up was the 2010 hail mary game. Both teams were 4-4 and were only 1 game behind the Colts at the time. Jaguars won it on the last play freak hail mary TD, Texans fell to 4-5 and finished the season 6-10. Really REALLY thought that was going to be the year we finally made the playoffs when they got off to that 2-0 start that year. The 2012 Andre Johnson game in Houston is another big one, the crowd pop for his walk off TD in overtime in a game where he had over 200 something yards was just surreal, probably my favorite single play in Texans history. But Jaguars were like 2-10 or 1-11 in that game but that was for sure the high point of the Texans franchise I think that win put them at like 11-1 I believe before the New England SNF embarrassment cut the heart out of that team for good. After that man it was continually meaningless games, Jaguars have been terrible from 2013 until last year? Except for the Sacksonville season in 2017 when we were really bad? Finally now the two teams face off for 1st place in late November Texans are 6-4 Jaguars are 7-3 and Houston has a win earlier in the year over Jacksonville. Still would have 6 games to play after Sunday thats a lot of football to play anything can happen but still. Fresh matchup here between two teams you don't ever see going at it for this division.

You got me psyched about Texans football coming back with a post like that. Houston needs a likable team with the Rockets getting Fertitta'd and the Astros being the Astros.

Best running back in the league. Worth every pick that they gave to the Panthers for him.

I don't want Purdy and Run CMC getting pulled, I really need Seattle offense/Waldron to figure this out because this is going to make me get my PS5 up and get some more Spider Man 2 in before the night's over.

Yeah it's time to pack it up and play for next week Seattle. Whew baby this is gonna be an epic beatdown, not often you see this IN Seattle. Can hear the drop of the dime, not even the piped in noise matters now.

Insane that Jason Peters is still starting in the NFL when he turns 42 in January. I was in high school when he was in Buffalo.

I ate so much food today. The only reason I’m still watching this game is because I can’t move my fat ass off of the couch to go to the bedroom.

Seattle defence deserves some credit for keeping this game alive but you wonder why Shanahan has taken the ball out of CMCs hand.
