Main beats are making Bret more than a mere mid-card world champion (reducing Yoko's role to upper mid-card monster, to the delight of Kilgore); pushing Lex as a heel and the American asshole foil to Bret's quiet Canadian everyman hero; weaving the Steiner Brothers into the Bret/Owen storyline as a contrasting illustration of siblings who love each other without issue (story inspired by son & @daughter). It currently ends at WrestleMania X where WWF Champion Bret defends against Royal Rumble co-winner Scott.


To UT, Dr. Emperor & Lionheart in Pop Culture – As an on-and-off pastime for sleepless nights with @daughter, I've been working my way through rewatches of my Top 100 favorite films. There was a pretty significant shake-up in the Top 10, with a new #1 (About Time). Meanwhile, further down on the list, Table 19 held up on rewatch as a rightly beloved cinematic masterpiece, correctly ranked higher than such "lesser" so-called "masterpieces" as Chinatown and Dark Phoenix.

To All34LOL – I haven't seen it yet, but I think the sequel to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse features your namesake!? And I've "read" enough comics over the past month, I actually feel ready for JV Nerdery tryouts! I'm dying to get back to MIND MGMT and finish it, and discuss it and 1960s Marvel with you & Foos!

To c & iNCY – I've most recently gone down an AI rabbit hole with text to image generation. OpenAI's Dall-E was fun until the novelty wore off but it was definitely a gateway drug. Midjourney and Stable Diffusion are my present jams, and I'm training my first LoRA! And... I'm doing everything from my phone, lol.

To @ness & KING KID – hope yinz are getting the mental health help you need/deserve!

My assessment of Pi - he's doing better than ever and has spent so much time working on himself and it shows. He's in a really good place mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Prior to Halloween, also physically. However the dad tax on son 's candy really caught up to him and all of his gains disappeared.

Awesome, thanks for that hot tag Foos! pi has definitely been missed around these parts but I'm proud he's been able to step away and hold the fort for Wife, V and Wife Jr. Hopefully once he's through with Santa he picks up those dumb bells again and starts working on those traps!

Glad he is doing better away from us. Not always easy to see stuff is not healthy for you and to just walk. Is neat to see him playing with AI and training a model. Everyone should as it helps to really understand what AI actually is. Too many believe it is a magic box, when really it is really just a specific type of math.

Even with rebooking Bret in 1993 and into 1994, he still realises that 1995 Bret is a bridge too far. A smart man.
