I was watching a show last night and it featured a couple of brits on a road trip in Americas deep south. The weirdest law got brought up. 

Apparently in South Carolina, once you propose to a woman and she accepts, you can't back out of the marriage, it's illegal. 

Got me thinking about what other strange oddities must be out there. Do you know of any bizarre laws that are still enforced today?

The States have a bunch of stupid laws , most of them so nonsensical that they aren't even worth listing. Stuff like no driving across the Minnesota border with a duck on your head...

Apparently I'm not allowed to masturbate in public in ANY state.

So unusual.
