Damn straight they are. 

I still dont think they can run without HHH as far as creativity and talent scouting goes. However Rock has many other connections to make this thing huge.

I think you are all dramatically overestimating the role a Board of Directors has in day-to-day operations of a company.

Not saying they don't. But creative is the day-to-day. BODs meet maybe 1-2x a quarter.
