Ole Anderson, a pivotal figure in professional wrestling, has died at the age of 81. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and fans during this sad time. The Four Horsemen member will be forever remembered for his contributions to the business.
As one of the founding members of the Four Horsemen, alongside Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard, and JJ Dillon, Ole left an indelible mark on the industry. Throughout his career, which spanned from 1967 to 1990, he held NWA titles in various promotions and territories.

He hated Flair in the end didn't he?
If being bitter is the key to a long life, Bret Hart will live forever.

Wonder if Arn will lead a 12 barrel salute on dynamite.
Whatever beef he had with Flair must have been gone, as Flair was who reported it to the press.

RIP, rather underrated, he was the one who really gave the Horsemen that menacing edge in those early years, great talker.

Whatever beef he had with Flair must have been gone, as Flair was who reported it to the press. Could be that or it could be Flair being the bigger man (for once). Ole had heat with Flair for over 40 years. Ole wanted Flair to be World Champion back in the day because it meant he wouldn't be around as much. Ole wanted to rescind Flair's WCW contract in '93 after he jobbed to Perfect on free tv because it "killed his drawing power." Ole didn't like Flair. Ole didn't like anybody.
