I don't know whether that match was good or bad. I changed my mind every 30 seconds. Happy for Jericho for coming full circle with CMLL, I guess?? Whatever.

I don’t really have any qualms that it was terrible, Jericho looked old and slow, Atlantis looked young and awkward, had a few moves look a bit rough, and they got no help from the production (at least one missed suicide dive), the announcers (Taz burying one of the moves Atlantis Jr did as a lot of work for low impact), and the booking (a throw in the towel ending? Lame.)

Jericho is old and slow now. That is basically the problem. At 53 he is just not as agile as he used to be, but still keeps trying to work like he is a younger man.

Not gonna lie, I did not watch it. Generally Jericho segments are my AEW piss break.  He a lot for the company early on, but has been kind of stale for years now.  Almost nothing he does hits.  Time for him to move to the back IMO.

Think this entire match was mainly just for Jericho to showcase Atlantis on TV in America.  So he succeeded there.  But really, match should have been on Rampage or Collision not Dynamite.

I've been off Jericho for a while now, but outside of his initial year, I'll give him credit for 2022 as well. When the company was falling apart, he got into better shape, stepped it up in the ring and was able to carry the ball during a difficult time for the company.

Otherwise, it's the age old 'how can we miss you if you don't go away'. This whole Don Callis feud has been a complete and utter mess that's gone completely off the rails. In the end, it probably would have been better if Jericho and Callis did team together and you make this a big power play for them against The Elite and Blackpool Combat Club. You'd still have the issue of no main event babyfaces but like they're doing with Swerve, you could steer somebody into that direction.

I've not cared about Sting basically since he stepped foot in AEW so I'm just patiently waiting for this whole retirement to blow over. That Ric Flair appearance was one of the most cringe things I've seen in AEW in a while, but at least it was compensated for by the awesome ceiling drop. The one benefit of this is that The Young Bucks are kinda interesting for the first time in forever, but I'm disappointed this is all a vehicle for them to become the tag team champions, at the expense of Starks and Big Bill who have vanished since daring to step in the ring with Sting. This feud/match does not need the tag team championships. Don't we criticise WWE for doing this kinda thing?

The rest of the show was fine but the only thing I'm genuinely excited for is Ospreay vs Takeshita. It's a great way to start his AEW journey and I hope they keep him a star, unlike Jay White who has been reduced to a lame Acclaimed sidekick. Ospreay starts a feud with Don Callis Family, gets outnumbered, enter Okada to make the save. It writes itself.

Tony wanted to give Sting an AEW title win and cement his name in part of AEW history before he retired. That’s the only reason the belts are involved. And I guess because Sting & Darby have teamed together this long and never won them despite being undefeated. Once again Tony overlooks something he himself booked and finds himself painted into a corner. It happens a lot.

Dumb they did this at the expense of Bill & Starks, who were amazing on their short-lived run, but hopefully they come back even better and get another run with the titles.

Big Bill & Starks vanishing is par for the course. Every champ disappears for a month or longer after they lose their title. I don’t know why but it doesn’t seem to be a thing that will change any time soon.

I do not think we seen the last of Starks and Bill. They had money to them still.

They only gave them the titles to prove the ranking system matters which it doesn't because they were undefeated before it disappeared.

I presume he's asking whether or not the All-Star Scramble is going to follow the same rules as the Adamle Scramble from 2008.

AEW has to my recollection never had a scramble, and I presume this is either going to be an elimination or single pinfall. I don't think there's going to be a timer.

A shame because jTjohncenaGOAT may have tuned in otherwise.

Likely all 8 men in the match one fall to a finish. Your basic clusterfuck format.  Likely will try to set up with RoH rules where two men are in at a time, a tag or roll to the outside means someone else can come in.
