This is one wrestling moment that never ceases to fire me the F up, like an old UFC knockout Vitor vs Wanderlei in Brazil just gets the adrenaline going every time somebody brings it up. Just seen Baker's avatar and remember skimming a review this week so I'm pretty fired up about it.

Sandman's return is my most watched wrestling clip since joining PW over 11 years ago. I fire that bad boy up a couple times a year. Never fails to put a smile on my face. At this point we might as well put it on my tombstone- "Was there the night Sandman returned to the ECW Arena." One more time...

Baker if you put that on your tombstone I will put "was at Wrestlemania 18 for Rock vs Hogan" on mine.

I was at Raven's ECW return, which was amazing to a degree that under most circumstances, it's remembered as fondly as Sandman's. But then the Sandman return happened a few months later and it justifiably knocked Raven's return down to almost an afterthought. That's how good Sandman's return really was.
