I do like when WWE is able to tie in local elements (in this case, the band who performs Rhea's theme) to their production - it really helps give each event its own individual feel

God they got to be freezing their asses off out there like this. I saw something somewhere that they’ve got the ring and surrounding area heated somehow. I wouldn't be surprised if they have space heaters in that scaffolding above the ring like what they use in garages and hockey arenas. The lights probably help keep the area warm too. Although LEDs don't give off much heat I guess.
