The storyline is that AJ Styles is now the only person on Earth who has fought both Dusty Rhodes & Cody Rhodes for a world title. I'm almost positive they both asked for this match because of that.

This would be one of those shows I wouldn’t turn off when the copyright information comes on. This crowd is wild and would be a great time to do something extra.

Damn picture perfect recreation.

Main event was fun as hell.

Triple H roasting PWInsider & Fightful led by that loser Sapp was glorious, the reaction was about as good as you'd expect.

What an atmosphere.

Opening match was a banger. You would have thought it was the main event by the way the crowd popped when KO pushed Tama.

Also Tama can hang. I had some doubts. There's what WWE do, and then there is what everyone else does. I'm not one of these people who automatically suggests anyone from Japan is actually good at what they do. I've seen some good matches from Tama in the past, and some absolute shitshows as well. He didn't look out of place here and I'm glad the boys let him get some shit in.

Also GOD in WWE should be interesting. If they continue booking The Rogue Bloodline with this sense of chaos, I'm going to be a happy man.

Also, the Jey x Paul interaction. Plus the Roman chants. I'm calling it, The OG Bloodline v The Rogue Bloodline at WarGames.

I fast forwarded through the rest. Stopped on Jey's entrance, then continued to fast forward.

Main Event was fun. Not a lot to discuss. It was a good throw away PLE match made better by a fantastic audience.

While Tama did time in Japan, he was still trained by Haku and the Dudley Boyz. While he will never be WWE champion, he is a rock solid mid card guy, which really, is what you want for tag team guys. GOD vs Usos will tear the house down in the future.

It is sort of a dream match for me.

I used to look at what GOD were doing in NJPW with the facepaint and the general vibe Tama was giving off and think why can't The Usos a little more like that, instead of pretending they were African American.

Also, if WWE can get " Guerilla Tactics " that would be amazing.

I think next years Wrestlemania should be Cody/Roman 3 with Cody being the heel and Roman being the face.

Except we’re probably finally going to get Rock vs Roman and Cody in another meaningless match against Rollins or something.
