QB may not win you guys games, but if Malik is the QB, he can certainly lose games.

Desmond Ridder is another option if Tannehill isn't in football shape. He's on the Cards practice squad and has 2 years of time in LeFleur's predecessor Arthur Smith in TEN. He's the definition of a game manager and you just close your eyes and hope for the best with him.

Packers should act quickly. These games are winnable with a backup QB, but if they come out of it 1-4 or 0-5, it’s curtains in that division with their schedule. Hope they come through it with some wins because with Love they’re one of the most interesting teams in the league.

My Bold Predictions for this season:


1: Justin Jefferson becomes first WR to go for 2K yards.
- Move over Megatron. Sam Darnold this. Sam Darnold that. Justin Jefferson is the Ghostbuster and helps Sam Darnold have his Baker Mayfield glow up. Jettas is also the best WR in the NFL and the SOS is top 10 for both QB and WR. I think Addison crashes out of the league, no pun intended and Hockenson is out for a month minimum. He rewards the Vikings for becoming the highest paid WR ever with the greatest WR season ever.


2: The Next Puka Nacua is a Sophmore and they call him Yoshi.
- Andrei Iosivas. The Bengals star receivers are both chasing the bag and neither seem eager to play without it. Joe Burrow saying “Yoshi is going to have a big year” is all I need to hear. Puka, Yoshi, catchy names CHECK. Jermaine Burton is looking like an unprofessional bust who is apparently falling asleep during meetings, crazy right? Anyways, his QB is Joe Burrow who has a lot to prove too and is going to prove me wrong for calling him overrated. I’m all in on a Linsanity run for Yoshi this season.


3: James Cook Breakout SZN
- Dalvin had his breakout season in his 3rd season and then his career year his 4th year. This is James Cook 3rd season and you can argue he had his breakout last year, which lines him up for his career season this year. The opportunity is as good as it gets. I’m not afraid of Ray Davis, either. Best offensive coordinator for him, top 3 vacant targets coming into this season and it’s really now or never. Let James Cook.


4: Bears have Top 3 defense, but Caleb Williams is Karl Anthony Towns
- Mannerisms? Check. #1 overall draft pick? Check. Be able to win big games? Negative! I think he’s going to put up great stats, win ROTY, but when the lights get the brightest, I think the dudes going to be a fraud. He’ll always be good enough to keep the Bears competitive, especially with a top 3 D, but I don’t think he’s got a clutch bone in his body to beat the good teams in big games. Fraud alert is high for me on him.


5: Michael Penix Jr will lead the Falcons to the NFC Championship Game
- This is my boldest prediction of them all. All the mocking the Falcons got for drafting him first round will only give him the fire to turn the Dirty Birds into a P(ho)enix 🐦‍🔥 leading them on a heater that brings them all the way to the NFC Championship game. How he gets the starting job, I don’t know. All I know is, it will happen and the Falcons offense will be one of the best and most exciting this season and the key to unlock it is MPJ.

Needed to let Addison get a chance at it but I agree. Hate that being a pass int vs say holding which is a big yardage difference. 

Awful throw though either way. 

It's amazing even with the Call of Duty beta being up that Kyler Murray is dealing. 9/10 with a TD. Game comes out in November, that will be the true test on how much he's matured or not but so far so good.

Stroud bomb to Collins sets up Diggs TD. The offensive line held up way better on that drive, allowing these Texans receivers to get down the field, and Stroud did the rest. Performance of Texans O line will be key today.

O'Cyrus Torrence who I liked a lot 2 drafts ago nullified a Josh Allen rushing tuddy with a bad facemask. Keeper league ain't appreciating that but all is amended if this means a Kincaid TD happens.
