Who's got some soup recipes to swap?

I made an awesome butternut squash soup today. Roasted the squash and some yellow carrots from my garden. Sauteed onions and a potatoes. Made some chicken stock from the rotisserie chicken I grabbed from Costco yesterday and dumped that in there. Couple tablespoons of honey, then garlic, cayenne, cumin, paprika, and salt of course.

Once it was done cooking, tossed it in a blender to puree then back in the pot with some cream to cook some more to get those flavours meld.

I bet @admin has an awesome soup recipe.

Pumpkin soup is my favourite but I must admit my soup game is lacking, could probably count on two hands the amount of times I’ve had soup in my life.

I do cook a lot of soup!

Cauliflower soup is one of my favourites. I have two separate recipes depending on how I'm feeling. One roasts the cauli first so you get a caramel and nutty flavour, the other is boiled with potatoes and milk so it's thicker and creamier.
