Now it’s coming into the warmer months I’ve finally got back into swimming laps again. Used to swim at least 20 laps a day (50m/164 ft) so aiming to get back to that fairly shortly.
No matter how many videos I watch explaining to turn to your side not fully up it’s “reach for the sky boy” every time, hoping it’s a habit I can break.
Anyone on PW much of a swimmer?
Anyone never learnt how to swim? Seems to be more common now than when I was kid where it was almost a given every kid got taught how to swim.

Wait, it's warm where you live in November?
DAFUQ?!
I am an excellent swimmer. I can't swim as long as I used to when I was younger, but I still got the speed and lungs to stay underwater.

Upside down land doesn't even know winter is coming smh.
Swimming was never a hobby I took time to do. I "learned" to swim a decade ago but turns out if you just don't fight it you float...
The stereotype was highlighted to me during basic training. They told us all the terrorists have to do is bring a squirt gun and we'd be toast lmao.

We don't get Winter. We get Spring ( currently hot ) then Summer ( sometimes apocalyptically hot ) then Autumn AKA Second Summer. It will drop down to a nice mild temp for a week in February and then.. Back to 40 degrees. And then finally July comes, when it might get below 10 degrees for a week or two, and maybe if we've been good, it might rain. Melbourne experiences all of this in one day, every day.
