Jericho asked Vince what he thought of Cody selling out his show so fast and Vince told Jericho he wishes Cody would have called him for advice. Cody completely blew the comment off saying he does not need it and wants to do things his own way. In all honesty, it was really stupid for Cody to not have followed up on that offer. Sure he worked for Vince for a decade and lived with Dusty all his life, but Vince has been running shows longer than Cody was alive. Vince isnt some wrestling God, though. Otherwisr, let's just end every business but WWE and not have any alternatives. This show is amazing as is. doesn't need Vince involved in any way. One less Than desirable Crowd Reaction Doesn't Mean The Show Is Failing And Needs Vince To Save It. You do not go to Vince for creative advice, but that is not all Vince knows. Cody had issues with visas and the show literally went over budget, these are things that Vince may have had good advice for. Vince runs hundreds of shows a year, with guys from all over the world, these issues would not have happened on his shows.

No hes not. NXT proves that. Better show. Better matches. Triple H's guidance... Vince's NXT was terrible The argument that Vince isn't a wrestling God because a niche product appeals to a niche audience is crazy. NXT couldn't happen without Vince, even if he isn't the day-to-day lead. When literally your best argument against Vince is referencing something in HIS company, you've conceded the argument. When's the last time WWE sold out a show in minutes? And if you all believe in Vince so much, why watch alternatives? If what Vince is doing is so God damn perfect, you wouldn't watch anything else right? So you can't claim he is a God when you're paying money for an indy show. If Vince was the Wrestling king, no indy promotion would ever be created nor survive.

Mysterio seems more spry than he's seemed in years in WWE. Rey is healthy for once since he does not work four times a week anymore. Also everyone he is fighting idolizes the guy and will kill themselves to make damn sure Rey does not look weak.

That doesn't mean he's literally a God, which is different and you know it. But if you prefer, since you seem hung-up on infallible being part of the definition of "wrestling God," we'll go with "wrestling genius." And if you argue that, you're a lost cause.

Well, it wasn't the best show. But you gotta give it to Cody and the Bucks for putting this all together.

When the booker says go home you go home. I assume the feed cut off at exactly 11.

Show may have ended a bit weak but had a lot of great stuff on it and a large, mostly hot, crowd. The real test though is can they make money off this. Most feds can run a great show once, but regular shows make the feds fall apart.

I wish Cody/Aldis & Okada/Scurll were shorter, so the main event got more time.

It was overall a "meh" show. One great match, a few decent and the rest bad. I regret paying for it.

There's just no winning with people. Sad. Amazing show It's too easy to win with some people. Okada/Scurll was bad. The main event was rushed. Cody/Aldis was awkward (that blade job in particular). The women's match had a botched ending. Flip/Lethal was meh. Daniels/Ammell was what it was. MJF/Matt was bad. Omega/Pentagon was great and the street fight was fun with an awful post-match segment. I love good wrestling and will gladly praise it when I see it. That show wouldn't stack up against any Takeovers this year, let alone any of NJPW's big shows.

Most feds can run a great show once, but regular shows make the feds fall apart. I'm not sure that's their end goal. I get the feeling this will be an annual event that brings the indy world together. I think that would be a far better move than shiftings towards creating a fed. This was essentially a Battle of the Indies show. They'd lose access to most of the talent that have deals with ROH, NJPW or impact if they went solo.

To be fair, viewing it through the lens of this being their WrestleMania I and giving it the same leeway as WrestleMania I had in its time... I think this succeeded. As with 'Mania, I'd expect All In 2 to be rough still but then zeroed in in an epic way by All In 3.

Credit where credit is due. It's no small feat putting 10,400 in any arena. These guys have done what TNA has been trying to do for the last 17 years, and no other organization has been able to do since WCW. Granted a lot the build has been on the back of ROH and NJPW's influence, yet, in utilizing social media to give continuity to a story-arch playing out across multiply organizations, they've built a brand.
I'm watching it now, and it's not terrible. The production feels much more like they're taping a live event, than producing a television product. Hopefully this becomes the annual indie-mania event, that the independents can center itself around.
