Can you repeat the question?
But seriously, last week's emotional return of Daniel Bryan was completely overshadowed by the events taking place at the end of the show.
After Daniel fired Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens for what they did to Shane McMahon the previous week, he would be completely decimated by the duo, in an act of rage.
What will happen as a result?

Curious to see where this goes, especially if Shane is unavailable for Wrestlemania.
Nakamura vs Shelton Benjamin could be a good match.

I can sense WWE is more like to put Rusev six feet under, than give him at shot at a major title.

I'd love for Rusev to pin Orton. Finding a way to interject himself into the title match.

I wonder why Charlotte's not gonna be in the Mixed Match Challenge tonight? And I'm curious to see who Bobby's gonna have as his partner.

Ah, it's a vote to choose Bobby's partner. It's either Becky, Lana, or Carmella.
Personally, I'd stick with Becky.

Orton/Roode vs. Rusev/Mahal - Good to see Rusev finally pull out the W. They've had him push AJ & Nakamura in recent weeks, so it would have been a waste if he came out here and was treated like a job guy. I also like the running theme of Orton being the worst tag team partner of all-time and being completely out-worked by the heels. Rusev is a worthwhile addition to the US Championship match and the Wrestlemania card will be better with his presence.
Becky Lynch vs. Ruby Riot - Lynch is on fire at the moment. Ruby keeps showing signs of potential, that spot in the corner looked great and I liked that her greed ended up costing her. Had she just gone for the straight pin, she either wins the match, or most likely retains her focus. Instead she was distracted and it just gave the ring savvy Irish Lasskicker that moment to score the flash pin. The way it's looking, it appears Becky could be the next in line for the SmackDown Women's Championship which should be a good match any way it plays out.
Bryan's delivery was on point, but I don't know if I buy the logic. You just fired them last week, why are you rewarding them for kicking your ass and trying to end your career? They could have got the same result, but just danced around it better. Instead of granting them an opportunity, how about it's a moment of weakness. Rationally, he should just let them go on and do their thing on the independents, but for the past 6 months he's had to deal with their crap time and time again. He isn't going to let what happened to him slide and since this is the only way he can ensure he can get his hands on them, at Wrestlemania they're going to settle this once and for all.
New Day/Bludgeon Brothers - It bummed me out that this mostly took place during the ad-break. This could have easily main evented the show with the right build-up but instead we got about a minute's worth of action before the Usos poked their noses in it. Otherwise, it was nice to see the New Day on the show again, the tag team division is a real highlight of the brand and I feel like they've got a killer go-home segment left in them. I hope it's the case, because the Usos/New Day program has been one of the better parts of the WWE this past year. Also can I mention how glad I am they haven't broken the New Day up yet? I know I just put the mocker on it, but 4 years on and it's good to see the WWE resist the temptation to break up a good thing.
Dolph Ziggler/Tyler Breeze - Breezango deserve so much better than just being job guys. Fashion Files got flogged to death, but they're clearly entertaining guys and should have been put into a program with somebody they could sink their teeth into...figuratively. I must be the only person on Earth who still likes Ziggler, but he's in that Baron Corbin 'change the channel' position. They desperately need to send him to Raw and have him work Rollins or Balor. Hell, even throw him in with the Broken Universe, I'm sure Matt could come up with something better than what he's got going on right now.
Shinsuke Nakamura/Shelton Bejamin - I liked the set-up for the match, selfie promo from Shelton, a bit of hype through out the show, it's much better than when they just throw a mid-card match out there and the main event ends in a promo. It's a shame most of the match happened during the ad-break, the finish was solid enough with the mat-wrestling and the build up to the Kinshasa. The mind games build up is a little by the numbers, but both guys are selling it well enough and like the tag team angle, they've given themselves plenty of room for an explosive go-home angle.
Similar show to last week, except this time it felt more spread out. Last week outside of the Charlotte/Natalya and the Bryan segments, I thought the show was shockingly uneventful. This week by virtue of having an actual main event, the show seemed better laid out and more forgiveable. Last week I was really disappointed they didn't use Bryan's shocking return to put together an extremely hot show that would get people to tune in this week. This time around, considering we're still two weeks out, I can live with a maintenance show.
