Has anyone checked out the new anime with Jaden Smith, on Netflix?

Also, Crunchyroll has added a lot of classic anime to their site. 

I might rewatch The Slayers Revolution.

I loved almost everything of Slayers. I never did around to seeing Revolution/Evolution. Naga and Xellos were really the best. Almost thought I was getting "over" anime last season. Set aside about 6 series to watch. First two I quit after an episode, but enjoyed Hajimete no Gal quite a lot so I'm hoping my tastes have just gotten stricter.

Shokugeki no SOMA returns in like 4 days!!!!

I haven't checked out Neo Yokio yet (the Jaden Smith anime), and in all honesty, probably won't either.

As for me, I'm almost finished with Gin no Guardian (The Silver Guardian), only have four episodes left.

Is this acting as the anime thread? Seems like a guest made it before most of us arrived.

Yes, I'll be posting the results, both here and the other place as well.

As for this acting as the anime thread, given the nature of the business (there being 20 - 30 new shows every couple of months), I'm not against this being it, though I'll have to figure out how to chnage the thread title. Having said that, I want to try and branch out and have individual threads for shows, depending on how many people are watching it, case in point Black Clover as quite a few of us plan on checking it out, I wouldn't mind giving the show it's own thread, eventually leading to more anime getting their own threads.

I can't wait for the new season of One Punch Man.

Anyways, I finished Gin no Guardian (The Silver Guardian), honestly, I don't know what to make of it, as each episode was only thirteen minutes long (less if you don't count the opening and ending), and everytime I got into an episode it would end. Apparently there will be a second season coming out in January 2018, but I'm most likely not even gonna watch it, once season two starts up.

Neo Yokio is a work of art.

Speaking of blasting off...Kind of curious what will become of that Pokemon tourney.

It was probably the weakest of the main series, but it isn't bad.

An official site opened and revealed that manga Tokyo Ghoul:re will be receiving an anime adaptation for 2018. It has also been announced that Haise Sasaki will be voiced by Natsuki Hanae, who also voiced Ken Kaneki from the prequel series. An announcement preview was also posted and more information will be revealed at a later date.

The manga series is drawn by Sui Ishida and began publishing since October 2014. It is the sequel of Tokyo Ghoul that published between September 2011 to 2014 for a total of 14 volumes. VIZ released the original series in English and plans to also release the sequel on October 17.

The series was first adapted by Studio Pierrot into a TV anime adaptation in Summer 2014 and later received a sequel in Winter 2015. In addition, the franchise received two OVA episodes titled Tokyo Ghoul: "Jack" and Tokyo Ghoul: "Pinto" in 2015.

So the first episode of Juuni Taisen was pretty entertaining, if the rest of the series is anything like the first episode, I'm really gonna enjoy this show. I also checked out the first episode of Ousama Game as well, it's not as entertaining as Juuni Taisen, but it's still pretty good. It'll be interesting to see which of these two survival anime will be the better of the two, once they reach there conclusions.

Anyways, I'm about to start up the first episode to Black Clover.

Yeah, Ousama Game wasn't as good as I had hoped it to be. There seemed to be a slight deviation from the source material. The show still has plenty of time to get itself going, but it was definitely disappointing. I've heard good things about Juni Taisen.

I missed your Tokyo Ghoul because your forget to tag me! Season two wasn't as good as the first, but I'll definitely watch more of the story.

So I watched the first episode to a few more anime series that I planned on checking out this season. Anyway's, season two of Blood Blockade Battlefront (Kekkai Sensen & Beyond) is off to a good start, though hopefully there won't be any delays this time around with the second season. Both Black Clover and Kino's Journey had entertaining first episodes as well. With Kino, it was what one would expect, as for Black Clover, Asta has a lot of similarities to Naruto Uzumaki, including the whole demon thing.
