Has potential. I dig the Joker voice but not fully sold on Batman's, intrigued by what I can only assume is Japanese steampunk based off his having a motorcycle in feudal times.

So I watched the newest Pokemon movie over the weekend, like with the majority of Pokemon movies, it's decent at best,.. the first twenty minutes are nostalgic, as it retells how Ash and Pikachu first met, before becoming it's own thing.

I also started Fate/Zero via Netflix, alongside my weekly shows.

I'm really enjoying Fate/Zero, I got four more episodes left, before finishing up the second season.

It's got some great action throughout the show, including a plane being shot out of the sky, which looked pretty cool. Some interesting characters as well, most notably both Saber and Kiritsugu, at least too me anyways, they're the best two characters.

I'm going to catch up on Food Wars later today. it's picked up nicely. We have our Aizen-like Villain attempting a coup of the school.

Looks like there will be another Dragon Ball movie coming out next year.

Picked up a series at the flea market the other day called The Devil Lady. Getting some Witchblade vibes from it. It was super cheap for 6 disc.

Just finished up a mecha series called ID-O on Netflix, it was an alright series... nothing great, but not bad either. I say mecha, but it's not like one would expect, basically it's set in the future, where humans can transfer their human consciousness into robotic machines, and involves space mining.

I'm thinking of starting up the Mardock Scramble film series next, alongside my weekly shows.

We're getting new Yu Yu Hakusho. I thought it might be a new series, but it's being bundled with the 25th anniversary blu-ray, so it's probably just an episode. Then again DBZ released that new episode and it led to two new movies and a series, so who knows...

Has anyone heard of the new series coming soon called Citrus?

So I made my way through the Mardock Scramble trilogy of films, as far as cyberpunk/sci-fi goes, it's nowhere near as good as Ghost in the Shell, or for that matter Psycho-Pass. Honestly, I was bored by the time the second episode even finished, and only watched the third movie, to see how it ended.

Another year has come and gone, and I barely watched... or rather completed anything from this year. That's not to say I didn't watch much cause I did, most of it was backlog stuff, due to nothing really catching my interest during the spring/summer seasons.

Obviously the best thing on that list was the second season of Attack on Titan. Having said that, Yuri on Ice was pretty enjoyable as well... same with Skull Man, and The Devil is a Part-Timer!, definitely recommend those two also.

I got a few show's from the fall season, that I unfortunately didn't finish by the end of the year, due to work being busy.

I'd have to consult anicharts to see what I watched this year. A few quality shows, but I also didn't watch a whole lot. Maybe at most 5 a season. I've cut back a lot from years past.

I only know what I watched, due to keeping track on my MAL profile page. Actually, it's something I started doing a few years ago, as I was curious to know how much anime series/anime movies I watch in a given year (roughly between 40 - 45).

I'm trying to decide if that's too much, or not really that much at all... considering how much new stuff comes out every three months.

Caught up on Citrus, so it'll be interesting to see how much the anime covers. I expected something more Yurilicious, but it was enjoyable enough.
