Saints trade Adrian Peterson to the Cardinals today. This is the best result for all parties involved. Saints are no longer log jammed at the RB position trying to fit in touches are 3 RBs, AP goes to a team that is in desperate need of a running game, and the Cardinals who are last in the league in rushing take a chance on a guy that could spark the team. Somewhat sad to see CJ2K and AP passing like ships in the night, shells of their former selves. Arizona definitely looks like a better fit for Peterson from a scheme and workload perspective but I question whether they have the line to really allow him to be productive. Their window has been closed for a while now but they seem to be in complete denial about it.

That’s fine, but it wasn’t your argument. The Chiefs defense has cost them two of those three games, and injuries are a big reason for that. What's the difference between that and now? They still have Alex Smith and a injured defense. It's going to be the same story again. A first round exit. Eh we will see. It’s too early to have any playoff projection, but at the moment I’m not sure the Chiefs will even play in the first round. I’m an expert at dealing with disappointing sports teams for a reason, the Chiefs more than any other team are disappointing. But Alex Smith, as much as I’ve abhorred his play, has rarely been a reason for the Chiefs to lose in the playoffs. Justin Houston’s leg is far more guilty.

I love how Kids take is the Bears offense now sucks , as I said last week - their receivers wouldn't even make most teams rosters. I thought Trubisky played okay last night given the circumstances but I do fear for his future with a franchise that consistently fails to draft and develop offensive talent. The game went about like I thought it would last night , although I could of done without all the penalties. I figured it would struggle to score over 20 and come down to a one score game though. I've actually been posting about that for weeks now in my prediction rants, but yeah sure you said it first. I was merely pointing out the fact that when I said it last week , you argued with me and said "maybe we were all wrong about the Bears weapons" or something along those lines and now this week you change your mind. I don't care who said it first , the Bears not having any weapons was/is pretty common knowledge.
