is it really a feud if OVE never wins a match? also, I know this is nitpicking but it's just an observation. Why don't they just refer to all 3 guys as OVE and not OVE & Sami Callahan? Killer Cross joining Aries feels like a ruse with Aries getting beat up bad. I think they do it sometimes to show who is the leader and to give him top billing. But I also don't like it when they do it as well.

I've watched more Impact Wrestling in this year alone, then I have in the last four or five previous years combined... at the moment they are doing a lot of things that I'm liking. The feud between L.A.X. and The OGz have been a lot of fun, same with everything with OVE and the Lucha Bros, just two great feuds. Tessa Blanchard is a fantastic heel, and incredible in the ring, hands down my favorite knockout, though I do like Allie, Taya Valkyrie, Kiera Hogan, and Rosemary as well.
Having said all that, absolutely hated two things from this week's episode... Grado the stripper, and LEGO being used in a Mexican death match, the stapler gun and a baseball bat makes sense, but the LEGO was just stupid as fuck.

All caught up. This weeks show was good. The main event was great. Loved the pinatas. The OVE backstage segment was really enjoyable. Rest of the show just ok.

Is it looking likely that Cage might be considering Option C leading to him vacating the X Division Championship for an opportunity against Austin Aries for the Impact World Championship? Or has that stipulation been forgotten about now?
Be the perfect way to get Cage over as the main man of the company, Gotta give the creative team at impact a bit of praise for the booking of Cage since the debut on the roster.. He's been made to look a legitimate bad Ass, I'm impressed so far & hope it continues going forward..

Lashley told Eddie he didn't have to vacated the belt but to make it a winner gets both belts.

A lego is pretty much a common thing in death matches these days.

This week's show was really good. I think Tessa should have gotten the clean win. Eli Drake is by far the best on the mic in impact. Cage Fenix was great.

I wonder what led to this shift in direction for Killer Cross' character? not that him being Aries' muscle is horrible but the 1st path when he was taking out everyone was far more fun.

This week was a fun show top to bottom. From your pirate brother to Fallah and Aries. Looking forward to Mexico tapings.

I like Johhny as a babyface in Lucha Underground but his promos and Impact have been garbage most times. He was given a title shot without doing anything for it. I hate Moose's explanation for turning on Eddie. It was right out of the Bobby Roode/ Eric Young playbook and really unrealistic on pretty much every level. What does Moose's beef have to do with him being muscle for Aries? this exactly like Monty Brown being buddies with Jeff Jarret after almost beating him for the title. I'm an O.V.E. mark but can they stop having Jake parroting Sami's movements at every turn? it is disproportionate to what the stable is. I get character development but this is nonsense. You see Dave standing there with such s WTF look on his face. I love Fallah Bahh & KM these guys are so much fun to watch. I would love to see them as transitional tag team champs. I think there are so many good teams that King should cost LAX the belts, they haven't been defended in a meaningful feud in months. I loved Matt Sydal on commentary.

Ed I guess they are hoping Johnny Survivor can bring in some new fans. Honestly I just don't see Johnny making a impact as champion. OVE and KM & Fallah are two things impact is doing right. As is Tessa. The LAX feud has gone on too long and I'm past the point of not caring.

BFG anyone watching? my prediction winners in bold
Aries vs Johnny LAX vs OG OVE vs Pentagon, Fenix, Cage Eddie vs Moose Tesssa vs Taya Allie vs Su Sydal & Page vs Swann & the Mack Eli vs ?
Not what I would call a great card, but if its anything like Slammiversary it should be good.
Tessa Taya should be fun I'm really curious about who they bring in for Eli.

Anyone see the HOF angle Aries and Impact did? Some serious F Bombs being dropped.

Anyone see the HOF angle Aries and Impact did? Some serious F Bombs being dropped. They're blurring the lines like crazy here, and working me, HARD. I refuse to believe that this was all apart of the angle. And I want to keep it that way. So damn entertaining.

Rumors are it's a worked shoot thing.
Even when TNA was finally doing things right, they are still TNA.

I saw that Aries contract had expired. A break from Impact may do him some good. Let him do the indie thing for awhile. All the while bad mouthing Impact Wrestling and Don Callis. Setting up his return. Costing Johnny the title.

Rumors are it's a worked shoot thing. Even when TNA was finally doing things right, they are still TNA. Hell the rumor is even worse than that. It's one thing to work shoot the audience but the people in the back? Smells like the stench of Russo and that's the wrong way to go.

It was odd because I feel like the title match could have been a work without Aries going the extra mile. Doing things like continuously staring at Taya throughout most of the match than diving on her later on. Even the way Cross & Moose reacted after Aries got pinned was strange

Worked-Shoot issues aside, the problem with this angle is that Johnny Impact might be the worst face in the history of wrestling. There’s just nothing likeable or relatable about him.

I've been watching some if the recent impact episodes. Ilits a pretty good show, except for that ba guy, I don't know what that is.
Jordynne grace looks like she has potential. And watching Tesla is great. Fenix and penta are a treat to watch.
What is penta saying when he does his hand signals?

2019 should be a good year for Impact. I look forward to the return of Rosemary and more Jordynne Grace matches. she's beautiful and strong.
Cage will make a great world champ. Eli will continue to succeed but i'm hoping Impact brings in a tv title down the line.
Cant wait till Ultimate X at Homecoming. Rumor has it, it will be the original set up with the red ropes.
