Cam Newton is honestly the only reason the Panthers aren’t a playoff team right now. It’s crazy. Just feed Christian McCaffrey. He’s obviously the best player on the team. Is it that crazy? Most teams not making the playoffs are there because of their quarterback. He's clearly playing injured and can't throw the ball with any velocity. Yeah, BUT the Panthers are a good team. Him throwing on 1st and goal has been so annoying this season. That wasn’t first and goal, but he’s trying to hit someone on a fade in the end zone and has CMC open. Cocky punk. He needs to play it safe and stop trying to be Superman.

Stroke of luck on the Panthers side. Fumble goes through the endzone, and it's a touchback, and Carolina's ball.

Cam looked like he was trying to throw a brick there at the end. He really should have been benched.

McKinney got Pro Bowl over Leonard.
Colts fans are fucking pissed.
Also Brady got in over Luck, which is... yeah.
Head over to r/Colts to watch the meltdown. Great stuff.

I mean they’re not wrong but getting upset about the Pro Bowl when it is largely decided by how many homers of a particular team can be bothered to vote for their own players is a bit sad. The all pro teams are really the only ones worth paying attention to.

This game against Philly is the biggest game in franchise history for Texans, this is how I feel, I mean we could hold down the #2 seed that is uncharted territory for this team, playing defending Super Bowl Champs coming off a HUGE win over the Rams, they will be playing in their final home game fighting for their lives for a playoff spot, that crowd is going to be fucking HOSTILE. I mean come on man, this is it, they need to go all in to win this thing. This is the game where my team can take that next step and grow up to be one of the big boys finally after 17 years. I already have high anxiety about this game.
Haven't heard jack about Hopkins and Miller's health. Any updates?
Also what happened in the Jets game when the cameras cut away from the Jets end zone celebration where Mckinney got the unsportsmanlike conduct penalty? NFL is so fucking PG it kills me sometimes.
Also watching that game on NFL Network they kept playing that one commercial 1,000 times through the game, my radio on the job got busted so the last few days I've had that retarded fucking commercial stuck in my head, "Can I jump over anything else? sure try me. You aint ever heard a voice like this, cool can I get the mike? What I'm trying to say is WHOAAA. Can I bring my swag? Can I bring my crew? We meet again" Ugh, fuck NFL Network and FUCK that commercial

I'm confident. Eagles are obviously a good team but they are beat up. If Watson gets any time in the pocket (not a guarantee) then the match-up at WR is brutal for Philadelphia who basically have scrubs playing CB. Coutee is coming back as well I believe, we should score a lot of points if we're aggressive.
Haven't heard anything about Hopkins or Miller yet. Interestingly, this could be the week we see Foreman taking a few snaps.

That Eagles pass rush looked beastly against the Rams. We have looked good on the road this year, we've won our last 5 on the road. I believe

The Texans stand no chance this weekend. No offense.
The Eagles are riding a high and are being led by the reigning, defending Super Bowl MVP. Sorry guys, but this “game of the century” is not going to be a dub for Houston.

Not really sure how Eric Fisher made the Pro Bowl when he isn’t even the best tackle on his own team.
Am sad for Chris Jones, who has been as dominant an interior pass rusher as the Chiefs have ever had.

Miller and Hopkins were limited today, Shin.
That's a win, if they were that banged up they would have sat out practice.
Miller may still be rested because it's an ankle injury and won't get any better unless he does. I just don't want Alfred Blue as a lead back because he isn't one, nor do I want Foreman rushed back from an achilles injury if he isn't ready.
Hopkins will play.

BREAKING NEWS
- Josh Gordon of the New England Patriots is stepping away from football to focus on his mental health. Wow.

That's a huge blow for a team that was already struggling offensively with Brady regressing slightly and Edelman and Gronk playing through injury. Gordon hasn't been filling up the box score every week like we thought he might as a Patriot, but he was still a legitimate threat down the field. At this point it would actually be a surprise if New England are able to win a playoff game.
It's sad from a fan's perspective that this might be the last we see of Flash in the NFL, and that we'll likely never see him produce anywhere near his stunning 2013 season, and we are likely left with one of the all-time "if only" careers. On a less selfish note, perhaps stepping away from the game for good is what he needs to be able to better cope with some of the issues in his life.
Also, this is some vindication for John Dorsey who was absolutely lambasted for trading Gordon - but he clearly identified that he couldn't be relied upon and that it was the right move for the Browns to move on.

I can’t figure out why anybody would criticize the Browns for trading him. He hadn’t played there consistently in years and they got something out of him. Impressive to me.
