Similarly if you recall, The Bucks turned off their socials in response to criticism.
Its incredible for a group of people who founded a company while critising the rest of the wrestling world, can't in turn take criticism.

Can someone explain this glorified onlyfans thing Brandi is shilling for female fans only.. for $50? It's really compounding the current Twitter shitstorm. How can you promote a membership club type thing based on "inclusivity and empowerment" when your company is clearly not delivering that to a level near what was expected? I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with this idea, but it cannot be divorced from the broader situation. Brandi's distanced herself from the TV booking (whilst simultaneously taking credit for the tag tournament) defending Heels by saying that it's a marketing/PR exercise and using the rather bizarre "not all female wrestling fans are fans of women's wrestling" line. And while typing this I see that she's deleted her Twitter. Yikes. Seems like a ploy to take advantage of the recent allegations of women wrestlers being harassed as a means to make a quick buck. Rather disgusting by both Rhodes and the other Elite guys to legit have this put up here. Just say this is exclusive content and don't make it out to be anything more than that, don't try and push some narrative that this is suppose to be a safe domain for women to talk freely without the fear of being trolled or harassed. Comes off as disingenuous and being opportunistic if anything.

So I heard a few different things about what AEW heels even is. One thing I heard it was to promote women wrestling. The other it is to allow fans that identify as women a safe space to talk about wrestling.
I guess the reason for the unneeded fee is they hoped people won't pay money to tell them they are doing a awful job with the women's division. Considering the VPs are all gamers it is the same principle as subscription based MMO. People will play free to play MMOs just to troll others but if it cost money most won't bother with it.
Omega, the Bucks, and Brandi should just be on screen talent and have no backstage power. They talk a big game then completely shut down when they get too much negative criticism.

This has been my criticism from the start. Tony Kahn is the money, The Elite are the talent, perhaps even road-agents eventually and they put the book in the hands of an actual experienced Booker. For shits and giggles, Cody maybe completes an apprenticeship under someone who can make it all happen for them. Even better, Cody remains is the so-called heart & soul of AEW ensuring The Elite's vision for AEW is followed through. Long story, short - they produce and act, while someone else directs. I think the key here for AEW or any promotion, is simplicity. They're now pushing a women's tag division that isn't ready, on top of a barely existing women's division. Makes a lot of sense. Do a few things well, rather than do a lot of things poorly.

Just announced that Dasha is set to make her wrestling debut. She was training in the same NXT class as Alexa, Nia, Carmella, etc but had to stop because of a serious injury. I know she has gymnastic ability, has been training recently and this Is probably a temporary thing but please!!! If they can get Eddie Kingston for the men, why can’t they fish out another well known indie name for the women??

I'm just here t break up the mood.
I really enjoy what aew has been presenting so far.
Like everything, I can handle slow build storylines, and I can handle the occasional reset story (brandi, kong, mel). Overall, most everything is enjoyable, fun, interesting and easy to watch.

Either a really bad eye for woman talent or most women see how their division is and take a pass on it. You would think they could pick up some from Impact since they are known for being cheap with their women pay.

Lil Swole had a good showing though she should use a better name. I don't know why Ivelesse and Diamonte have seperate entrances since they are pretty much the same entrance.

I feel like overall this week was better. Big Swole and Savoy have an entertaining dynamic as a team, and Leva and Rache didn't drag down the match too much.
Ivelisse and Diamente vs Rachael and Dasha was ok, better at some points than others. I don't know if the flippy move babyface moveset is right for Dasha, her spots were pretty slow looking, maybe a more power-based style would be better? She did pretty well with being a base for Diamente's wheel-barrel stunner, and Ivelisses sunset flip powerbomb though. I thought the ending was a little weird however and the match felt like it should have ended earlier.
There's a noticeable difference in the speed and level fo execution between the likes of Savoy, Big Swole, Ivelisse, and Ellering compared to the others.

Agreed, much better this week. I just posted about how they should bring in Nicole Savoy so I'm very happy with that, she's unique and very talented. I was pleasantly surprised with how Dasha did, perhaps some of her moves weren't lightning fast but that would probably improve with more experience/reps, and I thought she sold quite well during the heat section.

Looked up some info about Nicole Savoy which is much better then calling her Lil' Swole. She would be a pretty good pick up. But don't think wrestling skill is how you get hired there. She needs to hit one of three things to get hired.
1. Have you worked for WWE? No 2. Are you friends with anyone who works here? Yes 3. Do you like videos games and/or anime? Yes
2 out of 3 welcome aboard.
Happy to see Nicole and, I guess, Rachel but idk there’s not even any impressive wrestling to be seen in this tournament. Did you forget to grade on the AEW women's curve? If you grade them against any other women's division then yeah it going to come out pretty bad.

Speaking of anime, whatever happened to that anime chick Shayna. The one with the Goku suit and everything?
Or the Spanish dancer. Or that Japanese girl who does yoga posing in the ring? Or the AEW 1st ever women's champ, Riho?

Ugh, one Swole is bad enough, now there's two?
And the awful Lil Swole gimmick is given to Nicole Savoy who is extremely impressive. She spent the first two minutes wrapping bitches up like Zack Sabre Jr, then busted out an awesome backdrop and basically didn't put a step wrong. She needs to get out of that Swole shell fast.
How does that even work anyway? This is a random draw, right? Nicole Savoy and Big Swole can't have known they'd be teaming up until that very moment. So Nicole Savoy just rocks up as Lil Swole in the hope that she gets teamed with Big Swole? I mean it was clear they already knew each other, but she learnt all of Swole's moves and ring poses in advance on the off chance this would happen? Sounds like a dangerous Mickie James-esque obsessive fan to me. Watch out, Big Swole.

Like Brandi and Allie magically getting the same color together, it just happened. If this was realistic, Brandi would be on one team, Allie would be on the other and maybe you'd have a dynamic of the two teams facing off.

I found Penelope vs Racheal to be pretty disappointing, all of Penelope's matches on Dark feel the same. My main issue is why she has decided to use the fisherman's suplex as her finisher rather than the handspring stunner which is far more impactful. The other week I thought it was just an improvisation because the stunner was messy but apparently not.

Well Preistley and Gibbs work primarily in Japan in their premier women's promotion. And I know Statlander is hurt, no snark was intended was curiously asking as they were 1 or 2 off's but got TV time even in losing efforts.
