Game ball to the Saints defensive line, they were great tonight.

That game was what I thought it would be. Similar to last seasons match up where Dallas walked out victorious. This time, somehow, the Saints win. Bridgewater 2-0 as their starter beating formerly undefeated Seattle and Dallas. Impressive by the team as a whole. If Brees comes back 100%, they are legit contenders again.

As for fantasy, I’m taking a knee against you @admin . I’ll take the 4 point win and take Rudolph out of the wire so Blindy has to start Joe Flacco against me next week if Josh Allen can’t play. Not like Rudolph is much better, but I’ll take my chances by shortening his wire options.

Here are my Week 4 takeaways because tomorrow nights game don’t mean shit.


1- Jared Goff sucks! Told you! This dude can not lead the team. Gurley can not be ignored as much as he is. Yes; he’s got arthritis but so do I. If you’re not establishing a run, Goff can not win you shit. I got a lot of joy on that Suh fumble return for a TD. Goff threw the ball 68 times (dropped back to pass 70 times!) and they lost to Tampa Bay.

2- Tampa Bay is inconsistent as fuck. They should’ve beat the Giants last week and it’s crazy to think that this team could be leaving Week 4 at 3-1 with an upset of the Rams. I had a feeling Bruce Arians was going to turn this team around and this win tonight was huge. Next weeks Bucs/Saints game will be big but had they beat the Giants, it would be huge.

3- Speaking of the Saints; I think Bridgewater blows. However, the rest of the team is so damn good. I am stunned they beat Seattle and Dallas back to back giving both teams their first L of the season. If the Saints handle business next week against Tampa, it’s game over for the NFC South and I will make the Saints my favorite to win the NFC.

4- The Browns SHUT THE CRITICS THE FUCK UP today. They literally had Chubb run the ball down the throats of Baltimore giving them a taste of their own medicine. Yes, OBJ got shut down, choked out and lost his earring today but Landry had a career year to step in and take the reigns. The bad news is that Landry suffered a concussion so he might not play next Monday Nihht.

5- Anyone who believes the Ravens are actual contenders are crazy. Lamar does not have great weapons. They look like a 9-7 team team at best to me. Lamar can keep them in games but nobody is afraid of the Ingram/Gus duo. Plus their defense just doesn’t look like Baltimore defense. That is their downfall.

6- The Cowboys are who we thought they were! I told you they were overrated. They finally faced a good team and the offense looked dreadful. Jerry Jones shouldn’t pay Dak what he wants because he’s not elite and will never be elite. Zeke got shut down today too. He hasn’t looked the pet so far this season. Their defense is good and they may still win the NFC East, but they are not a legit Super Bowl contender.

7- I’m sorry, Gettlemen. That’s what everyone should be saying. Especially those that wanted tha bum Haskins taking over the reigns from Eli. Are you crazy? I said Haskins had BUST written all over him from the start. He’s like EJ Manuel. He looked awful today. No excuse for it being his first time in a real game either. He did not look ready to get his number called and it’s almost like Gruden did that so people could see that he was right about Haskins not being ready. Danny Dimes didn’t have a great game but was so much better then Haskins and will be. Haskins won’t be an NFL starter in 3 years. Guarantee it.

8- The AFC South has all 4 teams at 2-2 for the first time ever. If not ever; it’s decades. I heard Deion say it and he’s 100% right. Every team in the AFC South has no idea what their identity is. They don’t know what kind of a team they want to be. All have major holes in their team too. If I had to pick a favorite to win it, I would say Houston out of name power but who fucking knows. Whoever wins this division is going to be a 4 seed and lose to a very strong 5 seed first round.

9- Christian McCaffrey is the best player in the NFL. He should win OPOTY this year because he’s going to hit 1000/1000 this season. Norv Turner is a RB a genius. Fuck the haters. Also; Shaq Barrett should win DPOTY. Dude is having a record breaking start to this season and he set up that game winning Suh TD. Give the man his props.

10- The Patriots and the Chiefs will play in the AFC Championship and there’s nobody better then these two teams in the NFL. The way they handled adversity today and won was unbelievable. Especially that game winning drive by Mahomes. My goodness. He’s going to be the MVP this year again even though he had a bad statistical day by his standards. Let’s just fast forward the AFC for this year. Whoever wins the AFC Championship is winning the Super Bowl anyways. Can’t wait for their in season match up either.

So for complaining about blatant PI in the NFCCG we get complete ineptitude? Bullshit.

It’s a billion dollar company of the biggest sport in the country (by far) who are supposed to employ the best of the best and get this shit right. So do it.

If some jackass such as you or me at home can get these right there’s no reason why the refs can’t. And I don’t see the vengeful ref as a legit thing considering they get grades and admonished in house for terrible calls.

The NFL has done a good job this year fixing it though. First the over abundance of holding calls and then the premature whistles. They can fix this too.
