Have the Bucks really gotten any better? It was a rather quiet off-season for them.

Definitely gonna be a down year for last year's finalists. If there was ever a time for the rest of the league to catch up, it's now.

Have the Bucks really gotten any better? It was a rather quiet off-season for them. I hate losing Brogdon but we can probably piece together his production and minutes and be fine with the signings we did make. Plus Giannis can still make a jump and we all know he’s been working on his jumper all offseason so there isn’t a reason to believe they can’t be 1 seed again.

I think for sure the Bucks are the best team in the East this year. The Sixers certainly didn’t get better and no other team in the EAST will be on those two teams level.
I’m actually going to say the NBA Finals is Bucks beating the Rockets in the NBA Finals.

Well looks like Zion is going to get knee surgery out for 6-8 weeks so his debut will put on hold ouch that suck for durability wise he need to consider losing weight if he was back to basket type player that will be fine but he isn’t.

I’m not going to bother posting standing predictions because I really have no idea what to expect this year. I wouldn’t even be surprised if the Raptors miss the playoffs entirely after winning it all last year. Lowry got paid, Siakam got paid, they have their title and Kawhi is gone.
I mean they probably finish around 4th or 5th but a string of bad games or an injury will totally fuck that team up.
...
ECF: Sixers over Bucks in 6 WCF: Lakers over Clippers in 7 Finals: Lakers sweep the Sixers because we can’t have nice things anymore and the refs are going to suck LeBron’s dick.

That was an awful last play by the Raptors.
EDIT: They put it away easily in OT but could have saved themselves 5 mins if they'd given the ball to FVV at the end of regulation.

Steph Curry out 3 months with a broken hand.
If the Warriors weren't done already, they are DEFINITELY done now. Best to just enjoy the draft lotto pick and try and come back strong next season.

It's a shame, the Warriors had their run but no it's over now. Golden State's style may be imitated but never duplicated.

I’m really glad I flipped to the Raptors game once the Ravens started murdering LA. It was such a good game.

Lakers win their 10th straight. I expected their team to be way better than last year, but not them going on these big winning streaks and straight up dominating some of these teams.
Dallas and Denver are definitely winnable games, but they're not gonna be complete cakewalks. Dallas has Luka, Porzingis, etc. Luka has been on fire ever since this season started and I expect big things from him in this game. Denver on the other hand is the seed right below us and they've got Millsap, MPJ, Murray, and Jokic, who has proven to be quite the force. I can see them winning against Dallas, but beating Denver is going to be their biggest challenge thus far in the season.

Bought tickets to see the Mavericks this week while I’m in Dallas, didn’t know I’d be getting the Laker killer Luka versus the almost surprisingly competent T Wolves, but I’m way more pumped now than I was a month ago.

I wouldn't go that far, the Lakers won the first game vs the Mavs. Second game Lebron and AD showed up but no one else did.

Yo UT- Bucks on a 15 game winning streak. Am I delusional for thinking Bucks can win the whole thing? I have no doubt this team can beat the Lakers. Their hardest opponent is Kawhi and the Clippers though but I’m honestly believing this Bucks team is just too good of an all around team and that’ll set them apart from the West.

I’d be happy to see them win it all. They’re a good team and will only get better if they keep their core intact. I predicted Sixers over Bucks in the ECF back in October but looking at how these teams have played so far...if they meet I think the Bucks crush them.

Yeah but teams like the Lakers and Clippers have 2 superstars to lean on while the Bucks only have Giannis. Teams are still going to bog down on him come playoff time like they did last year. Giannis basically has to hope all his role players step up when needed. I am surprised the Buck are doing this well though without any major signing in free agency. Also impressed the Raptors are doing so well without Kawhi. Siakam has really stepped his game up.

Bucks vs Lakers this Thursday. Both teams 24-4 and both teams coming off a loss. Should be one hell of a watch.
If AD still can't go though it could turn into a massacre for the Lakers. Especially the way the Bucks absolutely demolished the Clippers. Still though if AD can go that will keep Giannis busy on the defensive end and the Lakers have more than enough size to challenge him inside. Still I think the best bet is to dare Giannis to beat them from outside.
