I think Gurley made the right choice. He’s back home and could very easily have a bounce back year. I wouldn’t mind seeing it. I hate when guys with that much talent end up hurt and tossed aside.

Should be interesting to see how his knee really is. It's only a 1 year contract so it's a prove it deal for him. He's either going to earn an extension by Atlanta or he is going to be finished and be out of the NFL by 2022.

Honestly is this guy making the worst career decisions every year? From hold out to joining the Broncos. None of this shit makes sense unless Denver is trying to trade Lindsay or Freeman. I hope Kyler Murray has an awesome year and this comes true. I really like him, and Arizona deserves a good run. Is there anyone that deserves a title (or at least another legit shot) more than Fitzgerald?

I don’t know Seattle’s situation financially but they need to just hand Clowney 15 mil and be done with it. Other teams aren’t offering him that much and they’re dicking around.

Keep him and keep that defensive rep you have. Russell Wilson can’t keep carrying this team like he has been. It clearly doesn’t work. Look at the year they won the Super Bowl. It was because they had unreal defence + Wilson.

If Seattle isn’t careful they’re going to be a bottom feeder for years and lose Wilson in the process.

Let’s not act like Clowney was the cure to Seattle’s defense last year , they had like the worst pass rush in the NFL. Losing him would hurt but maybe those resources could go elsewhere to actually build a good defense there again.

I think Clowney not finding the market he expected is probably the most surprising story of free agency. Given the lack of edge rushers available I'm shocked no one was prepared to offer him a big deal.

Well he is massively overrated as a pass rusher , dude had three sacks last year and had never had double digits. Ever. He’s coasting on name in that department these days.

He’s a good all around player , really good against the run for a defensive end but he’s hardly qualified to even be called a pass rusher at this point.

I also think it’s the injuries that are scaring teams away from making that much of an investment in him.

He’s going to stick with Seattle because nobody is giving him that 20 a year he’s looking for.

No not that type of bad but he is still bad. He isn't so bad on creating running holes but his problem is he is so slow in pass protection and has such shit footwork that he is often beat and the Jets had to have Darnold run out of the pocket to avoid pressure coming from the right side since he and both Shell and Edoga were just unplayable. Maybe it's injuries but he is always dinged up(Which happens to plenty of OLineman). He had one strong year which was his contract year(Want to say 2017) which he was able to trick McCagnan into a long term contract but he has been bad since. I think that was a pure contract year type of performance. He is not a RG you want starting unless the player ahead of him in the depth chart got dinged up. 

The last straw for him with me was him yelling at Darnold because Harrison oversnapped the ball high into the endzone and Darnold didn't chase after the ball to make it a safety or throw away. He just came back from mono and you want him running at the football with defenders looking to pummel him? Nah how about you block better asshole. That was the game in Miami that the Dolphins wound up getting their 1st win on. Winters is garbage. He also headbutted Michael Bennett and got concussed and fined after the play :lol: 

Panthers signing XFL legend PJ Walker is pretty interesting. Not a stretch that he could be starting games for Carolina at some point considering his history with Matt Rhule, and Bridgewater's fairly limited game manager style.
