Days Gone was under strong consideration, it wasn't quite up for my next picks though.

Days Gone has some solid mechanics, a decent story and characters, and it's a technical marvel...but it's the perfect example of an AAA title being so needlessly bloated, that it is to it's own detriment.

Guess I waited to long for SoR 2. Speaking of waiting to long SoR 4 feels it should have been out by now.

Gave up on Days Gone after 10 hours, I can see the appeal but at the time I played it, I had somewhat of a open world fatigue and after playing God of War and Spider Man, it came out at such a bad time and the game didn't grip me at all. I have heard it gets much better later on in the game but at that point I was so turned off. Maybe i get back to it. Too much of a slog, I credit that to all of the gas finding to fuel up your bike, it just became so tedious. I heard as you upgrade the bike, you have to do less of that but how much do I truly have to dig in to even get that? Once or twice, it's cool but every single ride having to run around to find gas is like finding needle in a haystack. I get why, it's a zombie apocalypse but that doesn't mean it is fun. 

Great great picks with Rocket League and Streets of Rage 2 Emperor. Had no idea you played Rocket League, maybe we can team up. It's my go to to just kill time, played it on both XB1 and PS4! Was under consideration as a late round pick for me, didn't know other people played it here.

I don’t think Emperor plays Rocket League because I play it and he has never mentioned it. He is just trying to win this draft at all costs by selecting games he hates.

Rocket League is such a fun game, so much so that I double dipped and own it on both PS4 and Switch. I’m kinda disappointed in myself for not even considering it as a pick.

I have played Rocket League for maybe 30 minutes tops. Very fun, but nothing I'd ever get for myself because I know what I'm like with those kinda games.

That said, Streets of Rage 2 is the best beat 'em up game ever made and I'll beat anyone up who dares to disagree.

Rogue snapping up my personal favourite wrestling game. I know it's not the best, but it's the one I played the most as a kid and have the greatest appreciation for.

I know it's not viewed as the best, but it's the one I remember having the most fun with. I loved the never-ending season mode on that game. Think I had Jericho as champion for forever 

I really liked Days Gone, more than I thought I would.  Admittedly finding fuel in the beginning was a chore, but once I upgraded the bike then it got so much better.  I had so much fun going after the hordes and wiping them out, once I was able to.  I liked the story too, it was enough to keep me entertained right to the end.

Yeah, I was super happy it fell to me this late. It's up there with RDR2, and while I still had some games I was considering that I enjoy more, you gotta appeal to any and all voters. Fucking democracy...

And I have to agree with Emp, Streets of Rage 2 is my favorite Beat 'Em Up, just played through it last summer with my brother. Holds up. 

Kinda wish I had thought of Red Dead Redemption, but I'm still happy with my last two picks.

I honestly loved needing to find fuel in Days Gone, it made you appreciate the resources you had. Smart planning/couldn’t just go straight into a fight. Then when you got the upgrades, you decided between making the fuel tank bigger or make the biker stronger. Though I also think one day they should add needing fuel into the Grand Theft Auto games and System thinks I’m nuts

Didn't find finding fuel also much of an issue since it ALWAYS spawns in the same spots, found a gas can? Always be there (unless you JUST used it). Plus the gas stations are usually pretty accessible. Bike was the best part of the game for me, much like Arthur's horse, just became like an extension of my character.

Speaking of DKC, the biggest shocker for me is Blindy not getting DKC2. It wasn't System's first pick so either he's slipping or took a risk for his first few rounds.

I almost took DKC2 as my second pick, when I oruginally considered just taking SNES games.

Wasn't getting any of my first 3 games coming back if i held on too long, dkc2 would have been my 5th round pick though no doubt. Absolutely loved that game as a child, played it about 2 years ago and was as great as ever. System I knew shares the same love so if I didn't get the game, glad he did. Was hoping for DKC a little later, good pick Lony.

Absolutely loving my draft thus far, took games I love if not really like. Have some more bombs coming up!

Oh Nighty...why. I mean, different strokes and all, but The Order is generally considered the biggest bust of this gen.
It had a cool premise, great graphics, and little else. Still loving your team though.

It was a good weekend rental. It just needed to be longer had I paid retail for that game I probably be upset. I am just glad they did go the route of tacking some unneeded multiple player mode.
