PW NEWS EPISODE 20 (14:06)
BIG VAN DRAGON: Favorite Wrestler Countdown continues to churn out entries this time with a solid two to whet your history appetite. First we have Ricky "the Dragon" Steamboat, famous for his feud with Tugboat, which no doubt SHOCKED THE WORLD. But what didn't shock the world was Vader being a favorite among the PW userbase. The demo loves Kid Gets Acquainted with the Universe, which Vader had a starring role in. Give us your thoughts on these guys and see if you can find pictures of wrestlers with belts.
HOW BIG IS YOUR GIMMICK: FFCW has new content with the 2nd of 3 posts for the final PPV of the series run. Even if your own reason for viewing is to see where you end up on the leaderboard you should still give it a look. Otherwise you'll have to wait for my in-depth review on a future episode. But considering how rambly I am, it may be it's own episode either as the whole news or standalone side-story thing. We also discuss if Seth has a bigger gimmick than Batista in the Draft Discussion thread. Why I don't know? Fan Fic really has something for everyone when you think about it logically.
END OF AN ERA: So the Coronapocalyse Draft has finally ended as far as we are concerned. Yet anther tie, which means the only one to win is Corona-Chan... but you already knew that going in. Hats off to everyone who participated, well except for the voting masses since they can't ever make up their minds. We move onto the Animal Warfare draft complete with iron maiden drafting a moose, which couldn't have been more Canadian if she tried. Probably where maple syrup comes from, so I'm sure she's doing some hometown strategy there.
TORONTO BLUES: Speaking of which, today's Tormented Fanbase comes from Canada. Dunno which team as that's up in the air but rest assured they're from the cesspool that is Toronto... famous for the, well famous Rock promo from his Hollywood Heel days. Let us know how you feel about the Ohio of North America.
SOMEBODY KILL ME PLEASE: The slaughter continues with Adam Sandler kicking Stiller while he's down with another point with the Wedding Singer. PW can't agree on one entry here. Interestingly enough had this been a strict top 10 countdown it really would have been a Sandler show since only 1/3 of Stiller's points came on the main show. No more updates on movies, so it's time for you guys to submit your TOP 15 MOVIES OF 2000-2019 as that's the next countdown. Expect a "last call" post any day now. After that it's time for Best Directors. Feel free to give Tarantino some love and maybe Kevin Smith too. Oh yeah and I posted something about Kim Possible in the toon thread. If you care.

Favorite Wrestler updates have become a little more frequent because I just want to get it over with at this point. I too am a fan of post-title win pictures. Maybe I'll start a new thread for it? What was that sound around 2:40? Weak toilet flush? Dying vacuum cleaner? I have also managed to avoid Seth's dick pic. Have to agree with @ness on iron maiden drafting a moose being the most Canadian thing ever. Ness referring to wolves as street toughs :lol: I think we should just declare HR & Blindy co-champs and be done with it. That sound again! 6:25. I know I am not hearing things. UT skipped town after his Toronto botches. Not cool. Come back! lol Don't listen to Ness, people. There were good films before 1984. I'm bored with the Stiller/Sandler countdown. Just drop Happy Gilmore, Something About Mary, and Anything But Dodgeball. Preferably Mr. Deeds. Who is this Rodney you're always going on about? I liked the Kim Possible post. You even got me to look up the song! I just don't have anything else to add. Saturday might be the start of the week in Ohio: Land of Losers. But the week begins on Sunday or Monday in normal, non-Ohio parts of the world.

The sound I have no clue. I don't hear it when I'm recording (just sitting in front of my laptop) and have noticed it a few times. I thought it was lawn care (leaf blower, etc.) at first, but I'm on a third floor so odds of hearing it are slim. No clue since I turn off the AC during the red light time. Also after recording I instantly thought of Wizard of Oz as a film before 84, but obviously I need a window for research and can't just do "films that are made". Rodney is a character System celebrated moving out of his game. I guess you can't kick them out, but have to kill them with kindness? Saturday is the start of the postal week AND I was originally gonna make PW News a M-F schedule so that's why I've labeled it the end of a week.

I saw that the sports countdown got locked. What the hell happened? UT posted the wrong team and ragequit the countdown? Is it still locked? I'm not curious enough to enter the thread and read paragraphs about sport to find out, so I thought I'd ask PW News instead. Also a good point about Toronto having a bunch of teams in the American sports leagues. Toronto is the only Canadian city that participates, right? Why is that? What about...all the other wonderful Canadian cities? I'm sure there was no good films before I were born Uncultured swine. I may have to adjust my list to only include films pre-1980 to counterbalance the Ness's out there. It would sure make my life a ot easier.
