Head to head is the only type of fantasy I enjoy. I also only like most points when it's the tiebreaker for a seed. Getting out scored is what happens in the world of fantasy sports. It's a part of the game.

Screw competition. It gives an unfair advantage to sucky teams to pick up out of the blue superstars ala Watson, Wentz and a bunch of waiver hotties this season. It should be done like it's done in regular leagues. It makes waiver priorities more important and makes it fair for all GM's.

Also, HR is getting killed by Daks performances these past 3 weeks. To think I thought about trading Antonio Brown away to get Dak Prescott and Mike Evans for my money league playoff run. I learned from last weeks mistake and started Keenan Allen in that league. Me benching him cost me a win last week.

Also, who's the owner of Cleveland Steamers? He's having a great week and faces me next week with his playoff hopes on the line.

It's still a million times better than it's been with whoever is sitting on their computer gets the player. That was the definition of lame.

Because being terrible at drafting shouldn't give you the rights to get every hot asset on the waiver wire. It should be done by waiver priorities like it's done in most leagues. The waiting by the CPU waiver is so 2010 and dumb. Giving the worst team the top priority every single week is just as bad though.

My Skins feasted, The defense kicked ass but fuckin Jamison Crowder though. Pryor going out has kit a fire in him....if only Jordan Reed would give a damn and stay healthy.

I'm playing what might be the top 3 scoring teams in Kid, HR and Tinybignuts. So proud of the boys to be down 0-6 and to fight in these games. Add RT and TA1 in the previous 2 weeks and we've played playoff team after playoff team and were fucking swinging man.

You have a legit shot at that 6 seed. You just need to win out and our score Foos. You also have to hope I beat Cleveland Steamers. Who is that anyways?! What's their PW name? Maybe I'll bench everyone next week and give him the 6 seed and piss everyone off. Full fledged fantasy heel!

Don't be short-sighted. It's not just drafting, injuries screw up teams too. Same with suspensions.

So yeah, first round bye. I'll try and knock out Cleveland Steamers and give you guys a chance to make the playoffs. Julio Jones went off. Thanks for that trade, Locuro. Worked great for me and horribly for you. Just horrible. Garçon out for the season and Freeman has missed some weeks, too. Hopefully you get something out of that earlier draft pick. Foos has an earlier pick and went Martellus Bennett and that didn't work. Unfortunately for us, neither Evans or Cooper have been brilliant this season. Double Coopers a keeper for me after this season.

eh like you said earlier, Jones hasn't done much other than this week. But yeah, 'twas not a trade that worked in my favor lol. Just gotta hope that Freeman at least maintains keeper status and that I can get something decent with the extra 3rd round pick.

Palmer, Watson, Eli, Brissett, and now Mariota. And to think...I went into this season thinking that Luck would be my starter after a couple of weeks!

For anyone who's interested in using Luck as a keeper for next year, will definitely accept a draft pick for a trade. I plan on seeing what Watson can do.

If you're offering Watson up, I would be willing to trade you A-Rodg, a 2nd pick for Watson and a 4th.

As for my keepers for next season, I'm thinking Rodgers, Fournette, Julio and maybe Josh Gordon. I'm loving my team for next season already.

I think Kamara, Gordon, Mccaffrey and Cooks would be my keepers.

Eh, good luck getting anything out of Mariota?  I was holding onto him for a bit in hopes he'd turn things around and potentially be a possible keeper again.  Doesn't look like it this year... though now that I've dropped him he's all but guaranteed to start tearing it up.

What Foos mentions for Luck basically applies to my entire roster.  Practically anyone could be available for the right compensation.

I'm about to finish with 3rd most points and out of the playoffs, the bright side is I can still play for the top pick if I lose since Locuro might beat sammy to get me to 9th.

Barring a Steelers defensive TD, Foos AND Steamers are about to sneak into the playoffs AND Halifax is about to implode and fall out. Stunning!

The playoffs are looking like:

#3- Team Japan (led by the lethal threat of Wentz, Gurley and Thomas)

Vs

#6- Cleveland Steamers (gifted by a start of his own Josh Gordon in the final week and is led by the next man up after losing OBJ in Case Keenum and Keenan Allen)



#4- Team RT (the man who you can say had the best draft ever! Never set his team up and is finishing as the 4th seed. A real funky bunch!)

Vs

#5- Foos (the defending champion only needed to get into the playoffs last season to go all the way and win it all. He gets in on a late rally by Leveon Bell and is one more win away from getting back the Zeke. Beware for Foos is back in the playoffs!)


Myself, The Kid finishes with the 1 seed surviving many wins on MNF thrillers. HR gets the 2 seed after Hunt tore his team away from the 1 seed. His points total is high enough that he is a definite threat.

My prediction is Team Japan and Team Foos to escape with the win. That would have HR vs Team Japan and Kid vs Foos in the semis. I definitely don't want anything to do with Foos in the first round.

Ugh, my team disappoints again thanks to a Brady stinker and a Mixon concussion.

Oh well, better luck next year I suppose.

RTs auto draft team of healthy stars is going to end up winning the league. We will have to disband if that happens.

Damn ended up with the 8th spot, means I cant get a top 2 pick. I was the last one to win a game! That has to mean something....

What do you guys think about reducing the league to ten teams for next season? It would be nice if we could find guys to take over the two inactive teams but I don't think that's likely.

I'm definitely cool with that. There's going to be some super teams next season, but that'll make things interesting.

I'm good with either that or what I mentioned before... draft order for the consolation teams based on regular season standings, playoffs just for pride. In theory that at least deters consolation teams from picking up players from FA that the top teams could use?

And I'm all for going down to 10 active teams. Unless we can find two more guys to join in. And maybe go back to only 3 keepers if we drop down to 10 teams?

Looks like Team Japan and Team RT are going to walk out with the wildcard victories this week.

That would set up Team HR vs Team Japan and Team Kid vs Team RT in the Semi Finals.

Sigh. Not that I expected to win, but when a team finishes top 4 without updating the entire season, you just can't help but feel bad. At least all players on RT's team were legitimate starters, and none injured. I would've felt worse!

Kid needs to win for the sake of the league's integrity!

I've got a couple of tough sit/start choices to make this week and based on how I've done in that area most of the season they'll probably end up being the wrong ones.

Barring a Crabtree explosion, I'm about to be in my 3rd straight consolation prize final, most likely vs Mikec. 3rd straight....consolation prize final.
