Other thread was nearing 1,000 posts and that's usually the cut-off. Not sure if large threads are an issue on these boards or not but whatever. A reset never hurt anybody. Except the time my sister reset my Sega Genesis when I was in the middle of a game. That hurt her when I punched her in the arm.
I'm on the road for work this week which means I'll probably get an idea for a fed, post it, then never touch it again. So keep a look out for that.

Change is good. Like this change: WWF never joins USA (meaning Monday Night Raw never happens) and instead is picked up by ABC for their 9PM hour of the TGIF block of programming on Friday nights. They use Full House, Family Matters, Step by Step, and Boy Meets World to cross-promote wrestling. TGIWWF. Fucking genius. Fucking awesome. Can't wait for a PPV titled In Your Full House: Boy Meets World Wrestling Federation!

Seriously, it's like the USA Pol. thread on steroids but there are zero intellectual conversations with just meme-spamming for replies. The misinformation and bullshit is strong these days. I remember when FB used to just be awesome memes and funny statuses. Now it's more like Scar's Shadow Zone of Perpetual Heyena Despair.

I've finally weened myself off Google and onto DuckDuckGo. @ness I just have it as a Firefox extension (along with Ublock) so unless you were the type to go to google.com outright it's pretty easy to get around it. Of course if you use any google stuff on your phone they're still tracking your every movement/location.

We're so googled here apparently that my chrome browser apparently hides posts that mention DuckDuckGo. In all seriousness, I'm so curious to try DuckDuckGo, but I'm also terribly afraid of the repercussions if I did and was discovered. Probably something along the lines of whatever the punishment was for helping to hide Jews in 1940s Germany.

School may literally be killing me. Advice for you twenty somethings and below. Don’t wait until your mid thirties to go to college. The ability to not sleep and still work a full time job and go to school all at once will fail you fast. I had this same school and work schedule when I was 23 and did just fine. At 36, I’m dying. Dying! I may have to rethink taking so many credit hours in the spring. LOL... School. Try having a newborn in your 30s!

LOL... School. Try having a newborn in your 30s! I had my third child when I was 34.. so.. are we still comparing? At that point I presume, based on the laws of nature, that the rest of the wolves in the pack raise the runt of the litter. How would you compare the sleep deprivation during your time in service (and on deployments) to sleep deprivation as a parent (especially for first child as a newborn, if you can recall that period)? Trying to keep a baby alive and work and take care of a household while feeling so sleep deprived has given me yet another level of newfound respect for those infantry grunts on LPs in the pitch black jungles of Vietnam. I suppose having the constant fear and looming threat of a life-or-death situation developing without notice any given second at least helps pump some of that fight-or-flight adrenaline into the system... But still. Mad respect for all those men.
