My anxiety and depression has really peaked in 2020. It’s been awful.
My wife is trying to talk me into going to a doctor and being prescribed Lexapro but man this sucks. Honestly ever since I stopped smoking weed, I feel I’ve lost my escape. The crazy part is that I’ve never been happier. My kid makes my life amazing. I don’t know why I can’t shake off this cloud that hovers above me every day.
Oh well.
Be nice to one another.

I think I might've been on Lexapro for a bit back in high school. Recall it SUCKING. Didn't help my anxiety or depression but did make it like impossible to bust a nut with my girlfriend... Which of course only led to more anxiety and depression and eventually an ended relationship. Quit Lexapro cold turkey, dealt with some weird dizzies for a bit coming off it, but then never looked back as I've been cumming quarts ever since. Weed was totally a miracle drug for my moods. I do miss it terribly. Strangely, it's more work than first time Parenthood that stresses me out. Feel like that shouldn't be the case, but maybe it's still just new job/new company jitters? I'm my own worst enemy anyway when it comes to perceiving shit, trying to not give 100% so that I'm more in line with the average colleague, etc. Feel like weed helps slow my brain down enough to breathe, have perspective, not spin up into anxiety, etc. Election shit and covid don't help matters, of course. But I feel like even those things would be better managed in stride with regular doses of gummies. Man, I miss my gummies.

It’s amazing to see everyone’s name in here from the good old days. It’s crazy to think about the days of PW going back to 2003. 2020 sucks with all the anxiety, depression, stress going around and I hope everyone is keeping well.
