Looks like Rhule & Brady have found a way to get the most out of Curtis Samuel as this hybrid RB/WR type. Unlike some other teams who overuse that player with "standard" carries you're better off playing them out of the backfield so you can get matchups where they are covered by a linebacker.

Second half prediction: Carolina make some adjustments with the o-line and sort out the problems they've had blocking the Falcons' bringing an a-gap blitz. DJ Moore's gone catchless in the first half and I see him coming into his own in the second half.

Weather turning for the worst won't help Atlanta's downfield passing, and combined with Ridley going out with an injury, might slow them down.

Grady Jarrett is such a good player - definitely one of the league's most underrated. Absolutely dominated the point of attack on that fourth down. Twice now the Panthers have failed to covert a fourth down attempt in that awkward midfield no man's land area.

I want the Falcons to lose anytime they have a lead, become the Kenny of the NFL...just keep happening.

Atlanta have been terrible in the red zone tonight. Ryan had Hurst up the seam on that third down and didn't see him. Got to feel like all these field goals will come back to haunt them.

Love that Koo has rebounded from that rough start to his career and established himself as one of the best kickers in the league this season though.

And there is a reason it’s a 15 yard PF penalty, because it’s dangerous and generally never used with good intentions. It’s 100% not instinct , it’s the opposite , every football player is taught from age 9 that you can’t trip.

If they paid me hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars to not to, I’d certainly give it a good deal of effort to resist.
