This is some Don Shula shit:  Supposedly not the first time either, how the NFL does not do anything about it is pretty crazy. Seems to up the injury chances for a road team, tent should be allowed for shade purposes.

But when you have a defense like that the most important quality in your QB is game management. He's a winner. Just need to get started faster, drops, miscommunications, and misfires stymied them in the first half, when it came together in the second half, it did so beautifully. Though they also gotta stop missing some of this big turnovers, a dropped INT could have very well been the difference with the 3 they put on board, would have been down 7 at the end, more if the Steelers make something of it. Plus missing that fumble, need those game changing plays. Though I can’t fault them too much in a game they took 3 others, last week they missed 3-5 and the game came down to a last second FG.

Feels like Seattle's defence did a lot of good tape study during the week - they've had a lot of the 49ers plays very well scouted in this first half. SF again showing their weakness of not being able to push the ball downfield, whether that's because of Jimmy G's ankle or not.

There isn't a bigger mystery in the NFL to me that why prevent defence continues to be used as much as it does. The Bears defence has dominated the Saints for 29 minutes of the first half, so decide to change their entire strategy just because there's one minute remaining, play super soft coverage allowing Brees to walk down the field and have a couple of easy shots into the endzone. Just keep doing what was working!!
