I was going to take Indy from the jump but wasn't sure if jTjohncenaGOAT wanted to take part and didn't want to ruin his fun if he wanted them. Indy is fine for me. Future AFC South champs.

With the 1st overall pick , in the 2021 draft , the Jacksonville Jaguars select: 


Trevor Lawrence , Quarterback , Clemson 

Pros: Can do everything 

Cons: Hair 

Overall: No need to get cute with this pick , Lawrence is a generational prospect who's been penciled in for the #1 pick since probably his freshman year in college. He has the arm talent , the rushing ability and the poise and awareness to be one of the best quarterbacks in the league for the next two decades it's just a matter of him being able to survive the Jaguars franchise and if they are able to put a credible team around him eventually. You don't pass on potential franchise saviors and Lawrence is just that and even rates slightly ahead of Burrow from last year in most scouts eyes.

With the 2nd pick, the New York Jets select QB Zach Wilson out of BYU

Just watched that showcase he put forth on pro day and the reports are coming out that the Eagles would have traded up to 3 only if Zach Wilson is available which means at worst Wilson goes 2nd overall. Sam Darnold is either a goner or will have to fight for his life in a QB competition, and Joe Douglas is getting the QB who will make or break his career at GM. Wilson is super talented and is tailor made for a Kyle Shanahan like offense which Mike LaFleur, the ex 49ers asst coach now Jets OC will be running. Wilson's stock is to the moon at this point, Jets probably didn't even entertain the package San Fran gave up to the Dolphins. Has to get bigger and stronger but that can be done in a pro conditioning climate, the tools and moxy can't be taught. I like Sam Darnold still and wish he got a better chance but it's over.
