Nash should've continued using this as a signature move as Diesel: Honestly, I think I like it a LOT better than the Jackknife. EDIT: But what would we dub it? The Torque Toss? I find my tractor trailer terminology knowledge to suddenly be very lacking...

I like Too Cold's Scorpio's powerbomb the most. It was safe but impactful, yet, also looked very painful.

Nice counter to an overused garbage spot. I defer to Vader on that move:

Man, poor Scott Norton, lost to time. Part of me feels like had he been around for any other era, he would've been HUGE. Similar to my D'Lo question, not only do I wonder why Scott wasn't more of a thing... Why did he never even have a cup of coffee in the WWF/WWE (or ECW for that matter)? Boring answer, but he was probably just happy in New Japan. He had a good spot on the card and payoffs were really good over there in the 80s & 90s. He did work one WWF match- a Florida house show against Bob Holly in October '94. Guessing it was a tryout. I'm surprised Vince didn't throw all the money at him. Definitely seems like a Vince Guy with that look. I think the best shot for Norton being big in the States would have been if he stuck with WCW in 1993. He came in for a month or two. Killed some jobbers. Got over with me. They were building to Sting/Norton at Slamboree '93 but Norton quit when he found out he was going to job. The weird thing is he jobbed to Randy Savage on tv in his first match back when he returned to WCW in 1995 . My only theory is the money was a lot better in '95 than it had been in '93. Unfortunately, the WCW roster would soon become stacked, leaving Norton as an odd man out. Had he stayed in '93 I've always had this idea to have him replace Sid as Vader's partner in the Masters of the Powerbomb. Vader & Norton: who could believably beat that badass hoss team? Also think Norton was hurt by his lack of charisma and mic skills. But that could easily have been overcome. You don't need to be The Rock to get over as a badass. And they could have always just given him a manager to do his talking. I like Too Cold's Scorpio's powerbomb the most. It was safe but impactful, yet, also looked very painful. Sid was always my powerbomb guy. Yes, even over Norton. Probably because Sid was the one who first got the move over. I looked at a Sid powerbomb compilation last night and it wasn't the greatest. Sometimes he nails it. Other times not so much. Googled Big Rig Terminology like a fucking weirdo and compiled a list of finisher names in order of preference. The Payload The Spinout Black Ice The Axle Drop The Brake Chamber (or Break Chamber) The Nosedive The Slack Adjuster Kingpin Beaver Tail Tremendous. All I had was "The Speed Bump" and that's not so great. 🤯 I always got a kick out of that move's real name- The Whirlybird. Shootist That Benoit powerbomb is legendary, but this AJ Styles powerbomb on Kazarian in TNA which showed up in my YouTube feed a month or two ago is right up there with the Benoit Bomb...

Can't have Nash without Hall. Pretty sure the Razor's Edge made my Top 10 when we did our Greatest Finishers Countdown years ago... *Razor was the D'Lo Brown of the New Generation when it came to having a cool moveset. "The Bad Guy" really deserves an entire post all to himself, but I've been sleeping on the following for the past few days and feel obligated to get my Hall of Fame jobbers in first... The man, the myth, the legend... ^Gambler looking slick. And now The Gambler wrestling slick...

F Razor. He always got all the love. I'm really starting to convince myself Diesel was totally worth the experiment, Bobby jobbing included. I mean, just check these gifs out: Shattering glass entrance pre-Stone Cold. Eat your heart out, Austin! Teaching Taker how to dive over top ropes since 1995! The sun never sets on Big Daddy Cool! Bow down to the one true King of the New Generation!

Have long maintained that Razor seems like he's better than Disel because his moves are so much cooler, but when you put their best matches against each other, Diesel might have him beat. Diesel is going to have a lot more stinkers than Razor, but his ceiling might be higher.
That said, I don't remember the fall away slam to Goldust outside at all, it might be the first time I've ever seen it, and that's cool as fuck.
I'm a Sid fan, have always loved that huge lunatic, but there's something about his powerbomb that is genuinely dainty. Sometimes he's masks it well by whipping it at the end, but it generally seems entirely too light-handed.

You were the one who first brought it to my attention that Diesel had more good/great matches than Razor. At first I couldn't wait to debunk your theory. After 5 minutes I was like "Damn. He's right." Though, in fairness to Razor, Diesel did have a lot more matches with Bret, and we all know wrestling Bret was the easiest way to have a good match in the New Generation. Razor was better in squashes due to his cool offense, but, yeah, Diesel had more good/great matches. I didn't remember that fallaway slam to Goldie either. I just wanted a fallaway slam gif because Razor had a great one and I stumbled across the Goldust one in a happy accident. Discovering Sid's powerbomb aged poorly is the most disappointing result of Gifamania '21. Now I need a new powerbomb guy. Might as well join you on Team Flapjack.

lol @ 🤯 acting like I give a hoot about Razor vs. Diesel. They can both go kick rocks. Lol, indeed. I mainly wanted to see if I was up to the personal challenge of finding gifs of Razor taking shit as a retort... Even if I dug them both about equally in the WWF. I agree though that they could both kick rocks as soon as they sold out. EDIT: Quakester also throws one helluva standing dropkick!

That last one will always hit me in the feels. He really truly loved being in ROH and didn't want to leave, but when you know A) ROH might not be around forever and B) you're probably going to make at least a couple million dollars you gotta do it.
He looked like he knew it was never going to be that good again, and while he rose to the top of the WWE eventually, there was a very good chance he never would have made it as far as he did and Punk knew that. No wonder he got so burnt out and left when he did. Eventually money doesn't matter anymore and you have to make yourself happy.
I hope AEW is that for him.

That Show gif is the kinda wrestling I like. That's an issue I've always had with Show and guys his size mixing it up with such smaller guys. Sure at first the babyface brings them down logically, but eventually they are just treating them like everyone else.
