Index finally cracked Johnny's nut. There words not mine, but the bachelors party was pretty entertaining.

considering Mei Ying's status as the Final Boss of Tian Sha and a thousand-year old possibly demon, i was hoping her debut match might be against someone slightly higher profile than Local Talent

I was looking forward to the NXT tag team title match. Then, I watched it. The match was pretty dull with a lack of energy. I hated the post-match beatdown. It was dreadful. They could have made it less predictable with very little effort.

You can now put in the nail in the coffin for the golden age of NXT. News just broke moments ago from NoDQ.com that Samoa Joe relinquished the NXT Title.

The NXT that we once knew is now officially dead.

In kayfabe, unless Joe is hurt, this makes no sense at all.

The sit-down interview with Joe was totally useless.

It was easy, Joe should have relinquished the belt the Tuesday following the last Takeover because he is serving as Regal's enforcer and is not a full time wrestler. Could have a nice tourney behind everything. Instead, they insist to defy logic and have Joe be the champ of the show while purposely signing up to not strike wrestlers unless provoked and to protect Regal and not be in it for himself. 

I don't buy the injury angle given they announced a fatal four way for the no.1 contender, I think they want to spice the new brand with a new champ and are looking hard at crowning someone in this fatal four way.

L.A. Knight is the way to go anyhow, by far the most capable of holding it down. Even over Gargano. Would be fresh enough too.

The more I think about it, I think this is 100% kayfabe.

Vince wants to build NXT into his vision, and he doesn't see Joe as part of it.

So fake the injury, strip Joe of the belt, and make the Fourway (with Vince's guys) for the new NXT Title.

Also a bit of noise recently around Rex Steiner (yes, that's what they're going with... Dog Faced Gremlin.. Dog... Rex is a Dog's name) and that CAW Brock Lesnar knock off. I'm guessing here comes the future.

If it is real this another injury after a title win. Doesn't look good.

If Dunne doesn't win the title I give up.

I mean I already gave up after the releases and new logo but this time I mean it.

I dont really see O’Reilly as a Vince guy either.

I don’t think they put the belt on Joe if they were gonna take it off him with a fake injury two weeks later. Beating Joe after the four way is better than winning the four way.

I think this would work if it was a singles match. Kyle vs. LA Knight, for example. It's not like all 4 guys are Vince guys.
