Totally missed the news that Roppongi Vice are reuniting tonight to face The Young Bucks.

AEW and NJPW had better at least be in talks for a super show or more talent exchanges because these little bread crumbs they feed us are fun and all but starting to just feel like “yeah ok cool guys do something big.”

I dunno if I want to hear about Anna Jay's dark side.

Mostly because it gives me flashbacks to Riverdale and Dark Betty, which is not a connection one would want to make if she hopes to be taken seriously.

I don't need them to reference this promo especially but I hope this is the spirit they go in with their rivalry.

Jade Cargill vs Anna Jay is well worth checking out. They got the main event slot and delivered a great match. Really entertaining. I'd say both ladies exceeded expectations. A match they can both be proud of.

Rest of the show was pretty lacklustre.

Both Mox/Bowens and the tag title match were both really good. Actually think I preferred the main event.

To be fair I didn’t pay close enough attention because I watched it live while doing something else. I’ll give it another watch today.

I dug FTR/Nightmare Factory. It was an exciting match.

I'm looking forward to Ricky Starks/Jay Leathal, should be a good match up between the two.

Are there people that don't like Starks? The only problem is he rarely get to have matches and when he did in the past(pre-injury) he lost most of the important ones.

Wouldn't it be too early to be Jeff Hardy? I dunno, honestly not sure when he was released, just seems like it hasn't been the usual 90 days yet for him to make his AEW debut, especially since people released in November can finally show up.

Edit: Jeff's 90 day no compete clause is up on March 9th, based off of the quick Google search I did.

Surprises are nice but when so many on the roster are struggling to get on one of the the main show it may not be for the best.

Seems like it's becoming an annual tradition to bring somebody in for these multi-men ladder matches. First time it was Brian Cage, then it was Ethan Page what if on Wednesday night it's Nick Gage?

There's nothing wrong with making new signings and freshening the product up, I just hope it's not a case of shiny new toy syndrome where you make the signing and hardly anything else comes of it.

Even though he looked amazing in his match with Ricky Starks. Jay Lethal would be one of the first to come to mind. And while it probably a company thing with them treating ex-WWE wrestlers better. It will appear like a race thing. And if this mystery person is Keith Lee it will put them in a no win situation. If he does well ex-WWE gets pushed harder then homegrown talent or other indy stars. If he does poor well it is a race thing because everyone else from the WWE got a push when they got there. And now you will have a black star from WWE, ROH, and Impact being misused in AEW. Hey but we made a music album for you to buy.

I probably should haven't combined this in a statement about new talents but Starks and Lethal was really good. A match I probably wouldn't have watched had RT not reminded me about it. Probably the best thing this week not Punk/MJF. Maybe the best if you were bored with the match.

The last time we saw him, he made an offer to Jon Moxley to partner and form a stable with some up and comers such as Lee Johnson and Wheeler Yuta.

Tonight Jon Moxley teamed with CM Punk to fight FTR.

Friday could be veeeerrrry interesting.
