It's no slight, the issue is that there's been times where the show has been incapable of following the opener so it makes the rest of the show feel like a let down.

It's something AEW does because it guarantees the guys will have time and usually kicks things off hot but there's minus' as well and it does go against conventional booking.

After this rant I'm 100% convinced that NATH45 is Dan Lambert.

Nyla Rose is everything Nia Jax wanted to be but couldn't because she sucks.

I enjoyed the submission match between Tay Conti and Penelope Ford. It wasn't a technical masterclass by any means but it was a different style of match and I thought both ladies did well to make it interesting.

Yeah no selling a piledriver type move on your second match isn't good especially for someone Hook size. Bear could have done some type of slam on him and it would have had the same effect.

If they can keep him away from Punk for six monthes to a year and have both remain undefeated. I would love for him to put the first lose on Punk record

I saw on twitter they seemed to be trying to recreate the no-sell spot Taz did against Jerry Lawler. Which…ok, but like save that for a big match, not his second fight on a Rampage nobody watched.

He's Taz's son, of course he's no-selling piledrivers. That's the gimmick and it's cool because he's fucking HOOK, BAYBEEEEEEEEE.

Tonight on Rampage there will be an announcement regarding Battle of the Belts on Saturday. It involves a card change due to COVID protocol.

The only matches announced so far are Britt vs Riho and Cody vs Sammy.

My money is on Sammy entering protocol. He’s been going wild on Instagram with Tay. Probably means Cody’s match becomes an open challenge for the TNT title.

I assume there will be another match announced for tomorrow. Maybe Jade’s first defence or Jungle Express? The way Dynamite ended I could see them doing a series of open challenges.

I can’t decide if I like his look or not. I like his work and his music is fucking awesome, but he looks like a cross between a shoot fighter and a One Direction vocalist. I don’t know how else to describe it. I assume that will get better as he ages, but it’s a really weird look for now. He looks like he could whoop Adam Cole, but don’t we all.

I think it's just his age and inexperience. They're protecting him by having him wrestle like a monster, no-selling piledrivers and throwing guys around with suplexes. But he's tiny. It's weird to see but still enjoyable somehow. Kid is going places that's all I know.

Dustin should definitely win. Have him hold the belt until Cody is cleared, then when Cody comes back and Dustin is asked to hand the title over, he doesn't. Story writes itself. Dustin may never have another chance at being a champion, he feels Cody doesn't deserve it, blah blah blah. Cody/Dustin II for the TNT title.

His hair makes him look Dragon Ball Z like. He’s ripped and his boxing shorts are a cool change from the norm. Join us HOOKers!

I'm not sure how I feel about Hook, granted his match against Aaron Solow was the first I've seen of his, it wasn't bad but maybe I need to see the others. I definitely wouldn't say he's more intimidating than an Adam Cole or anything, but I'm willing to give the kid a chance.

Also @wms calling Hook's fan base HOOKers, reminds me of something that happened with my nephew when he was four (he's twelve now). Anyways, I was over at my sister's place and playing toy cars with my nephew, so I'm pretending my car is broken and he brings over his tow truck and goes... "Hey uncle, I got you a hooker".

The amount of middle finger usage went from "Cool don't see that in the WWE anymore!" sort of defiance by The Inner Circle to now "This is so cringe, please stop". There are so many roads this story could go down.

I'm just gonna say, Adam Cole vs. Kris Statlander would have been a much more interesting and better quality match than Cole and Trent.
