Great interview with Janela. One of those weird guys that is so charismatic but like none of it came over on the air in AEW. His stuff with Kiss was really good but Tony did not like it so it went nowhere. He def is where he should be though as GCW fucking loves him.

Some wrestling videos returning to my feed (one click does it) and it was related to a TABLE question, Show's WWF title win. Got me thinking... when a random (not a ref) does the counting doesn't it de legitimize the victory? Like when Heyman counted for RVD?

I'd go so far to say a replacement referee running in to replace a bumped one automatically delegitimizes the decision, regardless of which referee then ends up rendering it.

I get some may not like this shit, but they do amazing variety shows and took over the spot for top indy fed in the post RoH world. Also funny all of the outrage about this from people who do not know Effy. Also so many showing how homophobic they are freaking out that Moxley kissed a gay guy.

I liked CZW during the time I watched a lot of indies and I assume they've kinda taken that slot over. I dunno after that era of indy scrubs started signing and the next generation started making waves in PWG/TNA/etc. I kinda checked out of that scene entirely. Doubt anything but 1-off "dream matches" would get me to care enough. Wrestling is just in the past for me these days. I LOOOOOVE the history of it though. Just don't care about the modern stuff.

Yup, they are basically the new CZW more than anything. Deathmatches, chaotic scrambles, outlandish characters, etc. Unlike CZW they do not take themselves overly seriously so will do fun stuff as well. What is impressie if they run multiple shows a month. Every week seems to be a show. So a lot of people keeping paid by them, which is always great to see. Also for a Jersey company they are all over the US now.
