Hobbs posted a message supporting Khan and praising his work towards a divers3 workplace. Does this mean something to those saying Khan is doing poorly with respect to diversity? Him and Shida are minorities that do not count. Same for Lucha Bros, Jade Cargill, Tay Conti, Mark Henry and Tony himself. Lio Rush did count but then supported Tony so now he does count. For Swole, she encourages everyone to listen to her podcast where she details this all. So yeah, this was all likely to push her podcast.

People promoting the whole AEW is racist stuff ignore the voices that disagree with them. Or the people being pushed that are minorities. That's a fairly vague group, I presume there's a more balanced group that can understand the legitimate concerns that Swole has while also noting that other African American talents have a different view on it.
