The more I read about Sammy and Kingston the more I take Sammy's side. It does sound like Sammy cut a rather generic heel promo bashing his opponent in character, and Kingston flipped his shit. Kingston even admitted to acting unprofessionally. That's great that he did that, hopefully they can come to peace with one another.

I think it's time to revisit my anti-AEW posts prophesying how AEW will eat itself alive.

But really, this is early day stuff - probably a learning experience for a young company, an inexperienced promoter and perhaps some poor leaders (Kenny, The Bucks) and it's probably a wake up call to suggest it's time to get this shit in order and build some good culture or it will fester. And the reality is the new car smell has worn off, and the novelty of it being an alternative or different doesn't hold the same weight it did a year or so ago when perhaps talent could ignore some of the teething problems or idiosyncrasies working for Cocaine Tony.

His statement came off pretty good but the problem is he's been in so many problems with AEW. Along with what c mentioned last page, he also had the Sasha Banks rape comments, no showing Impact who wanted to use him in an angle, proposing to his then girlfriend only to go cheating on her for Tay Conti etc. Just a shit ton of immaturity and I guess Kingston felt disrespected that Guevara would mouth off with a live mic, gimmick or not, without reaching out to Kingston or someone close to him. 

Kingston probably got tired of the act and just hit him, not the best way to go about things, especially for a 40+ year old but if no one is going to reign Sammy in, he thought he had to do it. 

Guevara is quickly becoming the new Juvy Guerrera, just fighting with everyone and getting his ass handed to him.

I suspect sooner or later someone is going to suggest having someone go out and bury Sammy on live TV breaking everything on his do not mention in promos list. Either that have someone stiff the living shit out of him in the ring.

Sammy reminds me of a lesser Juventud Guerrera, someone is just going to get paid on the downlow to snuff him. One of the talents on AEW Dark or something that aren't signed. Not sure if Guevara will get in on that or want to avoid that but he has to be careful.

Big Show works backstage and sometimes does commentary on Elevation and Mark Henry does commentary on Rampage and does the main event interview on the show.

Still, he got Eddie to bite and Disco is far from alone in that assessment.

I don't think everybody needs to be in shape. Foley is one of my all-time favourites and he found other ways to get over. But even Foley recognised when he needed to put in a big performance that he had to take better care of himself and would point that out when guys like Hogan would attack him.

I don't think it takes much to get Eddie to bite.
