Sammy Guevara seems like a moron but surprised Kingston was so sensitive towards weight comments considering it’s pro wrestling.
Maybe he just hates Guevara and that was the final straw

Pro wrestling is cosmetic, wrestlers get their height/weight/hair/tattoos and everything in between criticised from day one with wrestlers with best physiques normally getting a big push. So surely Kingston had to deal with that from the start.

I never thought he should have been named a pillar in the first place. He got pushed hard and fast and has been nothing but a nuisance ever since. He's the definition of a spot monkey and while his matches are ok, there's far more talented people on the roster than him that can do all the same things. And the man was gifted with the most punchable face I've ever seen and they try to force him down our throats as a face for 6 months. The hell are they thinking?

They're more like The Four Pillocks.

One of them wants to rape everyone in sight (and is also awful).

One of them seems to have completely vanished from existence (he's good though TBH).

I think Sammy has a ton of talent but we seen a dozen plus guys just as talented as Sammy become flash in a pan hits because their ego takes them out of the game entirely.

I don't think everybody needs to be in shape. Foley is one of my all-time favourites and he found other ways to get over. But even Foley recognised when he needed to put in a big performance that he had to take better care of himself and would point that out when guys like Hogan would attack him.

He has a different point of view but Disco isn't really a troll, he's just anti-smark and thus runs into a lot of clashes with the IWC because of it. I listen to him and Konnan's podcast sometimes, Disco does bring up some fair points it's just he was such a gimmick back in the 90's and was Vince Russo's right hand man that everyone just shits on him instantly when he starts to talk. Hence why he feels sorta like the court jester even though he does bring up some fair points.

Disco is mainly saying if your fat & out of shape than don't be angry when people online point out that you are. And if you take offense to it, workout or take better care of yourself instead of getting defensive in the wrestling industry. There's been tons of big guys wrestlers who were never chiseled but very few really got up in their feelings when presented as to being big or round.

Jeez, everyone is kicking the guy when he's down. Freddie Prinz Jr. has come out saying, Punk " wasn't loved " backstage. And was essentially jealous of John Cena's position in the company. And implied Punk must have been bitching and moaning about how Cena " acted " and Triple H basically told Punk, he'd be acting the same way if he were on top, and this has haunted him since. 

Road Dogg has come out, and said, despite little interaction he could see Punk was " hard to deal with " and this is history repeating itself.

That's because the Don Callis, Lance Storm's etc. would poke the bear because Disco isn't on board with every little thing. Even Cody Rhodes went unprovoked after him






Disco knows certain things but again he is the court jester where his reputation isn't really built up as much as some others. He can throw a good punch, has a decent enough view for the business(He's Vince Russo but a little more controlled). He worked and sold for Luchadors in Mexico back when there was little to no real tape on them and was somewhat important for the WCW Cruiserweight division getting as far as it did. He was also a key cog in the early days of TNA backstage IIRC. 

Even Killer Kross said he's the practically Court Jester, which is what Inferno is. 

It goes back further than KillingTheTown, Disco would write for smark sites and form contrarion opinions just to stir fans up.

Being over with the boys is actually good because it leads to a harmonious locker room (you hear that Punk?).  And Cody the clown clearly never went to the 12/16/95 taping of Worldwide where Disco & Mr. Wonderful did more to get their characters over in under 5 minutes than Cody "Once Had A Mustache" Rhodes has done in his 15 years of mediocrity.

I think Disco does look to go against the grain but I do think he does believe in a lot of what he is saying because that's how he was raised in the wrestling industry. Same way Jim Cornette acts the way he does. Of course the exposure gives them money so they ham it up 10x but still I do think they believe in what they feel.

Same with Eric Bischoff's detest for AEW. He was on their program before so it isn't like he was blackballed from the start, he just hates everything AEW is doing. I also think Khan saying Hulk Hogan is forever barred from AEW also didn't do any favor from Bischoff who is boys with Hogan. 

If Foley is modest enough to say dozens and dozens I think Disco gotta be realtistic.

But like BOBCORE his interviews and SHOOTS do come across as cynical and anti-smark in nature. Maybe not "turn the channel" like Al Snow but also not entertaining like Nash.

Heard of him. Never saw. To this day I have yet to watch a single PWG match! It's weird because I'd go the occasional show, or get the occasional tape, of all the other 'cool' indies (ROH obviously, CZW, CHIKARA, IWA-MS, JAPW, ECWA) but I just never bothered with PWG. Maybe because I thought Super Dragon was a real life jerk?
