There are a lot of conflicting reports today which is to be expected. Some are reporting that Punk felt bad after the show because his promo didn't come across the way he wanted it to. I doubt he will do anything to rectify the situation though.

Apparently he also requested to be in a meeting between Young Bucks & FTR in regards to their upcoming Wembley match and he was denied.

For someone that is so outspoken towards the EVPs he sure seems to think he is one.

He is their boss in his mind.

Guess in the end it was LuFisto's fault. She restarted her twitter account as someone else tried to claim it, and instantly got attacked for causing all of the AEW drama again.

So Punk had Ryan Nemeth sent home from Collision due to the comments Nemeth made about Punk. Punk claimed Nemeth showed an unnecessary willingness to stir the pot. His comments were in response to Punk unnecessarily stirring the pot and making comments about The Counterfeit Bucks. The irony.

Where did the heat between Daniel and Punk stem from?

Edit : Ace isn't allowed backstage, so Punk feels Christopher Daniels isn't because of Brawl Out. Children.

Also had Matt Hardy and Hangman sent home at the same show. Matt for liking anti-punk tweets and Hangman because he was planning to trash him post show.

I wondered why they were running back Punk vs Joe at Wembley when they just did that match and they should be pulling out all the stops at this show, but it makes sense now. We're already in a situation where like 3 guys will work with Punk and that's it.

It's very telling that CM Punk is defacing the AEW title and calling himself the Real Champion and MJF hasn't even acknowledged him yet.

I find it interesting nothing for All Out has been announced. Almost like suspensions are expected in the lead in to All In or due to shit at the show itself.

Yeah been telling Bandit he needs to dress up as a cute anime girl to get LuFisto not to murder him.

The loudest supporter of LuFisto during all this drama was Effy. But LuFisto and Kiss been in locker rooms together a bit and LuFisto is someone who will not stay silent if she sees anything wrong, even if it burns her. Can easily see them being wrestling friends.

I wonder if we'll get the same vibes from the 1991 Survivor Series?  As in, they're only using this show to set up the next week's PPV.  WWF did this with Tuesday In Texas, and I wonder if AEW will do the same with All Out happening the week after All In?

I really hope they aren’t that dumb. They have a deep enough roster and enough connections with other companies that they should have no problem putting on two great shows a week apart.

Apparently "both sides" confirmed it and I wouldn't be surprised if he talked to Hangman. As for Punk, they don't get along, so I don't know who he would have talked to on that side. But if Hangman says he texted him I don't see why he would lie.

I'm assuming Dax Harwood is doing a lot of the talking for Punk. Dude can't keep his mouth shut. He's probably also one of the sources that just wants everyone to get along but is feeding info to the media, which started all this mess in the first place. I think we already knew that though.

Now SRS is jumping on the CM Punk hate click bandwagon and reported that there was an argument between CM Punk and Jack Perry. Someone on wreddit copied the article though and it's a big nothing burger that actually makes Jack Perry look bad. Back during the Canada tapings shortly after Punk came back, Perry wanted to do a glass spot backstage with real glass, and after doctors and Tony Schiavone told him no, he made a fuss, so CM Punk stepped in and said "we don't do that on Saturdays," which apparently spread through the locker room as Punk being a dick to Perry even though he was the one being an asshole in the first place. Even when CM Punk is in the right the rumour mill that is the AEW locker room paints him as the bad guy. Not great, Bob!

We're going to be hearing shit like this non-stop for weeks again, aren't we? I JUST WANT TO WATCH A GOOD WRESTLING SHOW AT WEMBLEY WHY IS THAT SO HARD

Looks like AEW as in the case with LuFisto is on a media onslaught with people now reporting Daniels worked most of the tapings on Collision, Hangman being told not to show up at the arena was normal and him and Punk are the bestest of friends, and everything is all cool and happy backstage. Matt Hardy was not worth lying about it seems though. Gonna need Reby to stream soon to spill the details.  She gives no fucks about egos in wrestling.

Did you miss the part where doctors and officials said no and Perry threw a tantrum and that’s when Punk was asked to step in?

Never let the truth get in the way of a good story.

I did not really have to read past SRS reported.  Only glass things banned are panes of glass in a box (insanely dangerous spot) and light tubes.  I presume the old concussion with a glass bottle spot too.  But we had glass two weeks back though and panes of glass in matches, so it makes zero sense now for doctors to ban it.  

People are also reporting all of the SRS backstory stories behind his paywall this week were total bullshit.  I doubt this is the one that is not.

Also doctors are not at all the best people to say what spots are safe and what are not. I doubt they are watching ultraviolent matches and seeing what spots are severely injuring people and what are not. Quick call to Mox or Penta would be far more effective than asking a doctor about how dangerous a pane of glass or bag of broken glass is, and how to gimmick it.

And Tony's concern likely would not be just pure danger but gore. Glass spots are generally safe, but some of the spots can gash, and a gash on TV would likely get the show cancelled outright. Shit like Sexxxy Eddy slicing an artery or Kasai showing bone are not gonna fly on network TV.

If you need glass to get over. You’re not over.
