One more stop, Championship games. New England hosting much-fancied Jacksonville and the Vikings heading to Philly to make history. Great pair of games, absolutely stoked.
Brady will play, will he be at 100%? He's going to come under huge pressure tonight, New England needs the running game to continue to prosper.
Fancy Philly in the other game. Don't really know why, just a hunch.
Watching the pre-game hype on the NFL show over here, analyst Osi Umenyora, who is normally a great football analyst, just claimed that Philly has a better set of receivers than Minnesota, which may be the most ridiculous thing I've heard all year.
Who you picking today guys?

New England vs The World! I don't care who ends up on the other side, because I don't think it'll matter. They still need to get there however. I hope Minnesota wins, because I want them to be the visiting team in their own building for the SB. The NFC are the visiting team this year, which means the AFC dresses in the HOME locker room. So, Minnesota would have to clean everything out of their lockers and move it to the visitors room. Which most should know is not as homey as their own locker room. It would just make me laugh a little bit.

As a Brisbane Broncos fan, ck I'm used to it. There's been a few occasions where other teams have moved their home game to our stadium since they want the crowd revenue and yes it's extremely strange to see the 'home' team come out to zero music or fireworks, while the 'home' team is booed out of the building.
I honestly don't have a clue who will win between the Eagles and the Vikings. I've barely watched the Eagles and I wasn't convinced by the Vikings. While they got to live to fight another day, they were gifted a 10 point start due to some very generous officiating and nearly bottled it. The loss of Sendejo hurt and Rhodes wasn't 100% but they lost their composure and it took some unbelievable individual efforts for them to fight on. Again, in Rugby League when you get that sort of win in a final, it means you're not going to go all the way. You can't expect to be the best team and pull that sort of arsey stuff come the final - lightening doesn't strike twice in the finals.

It's impossible to say what that ending to the Vikings games is going to mean going forward. We've seen it go both ways , the team either comes out riding that insane momentum or they come crashing down HARD from an incredibly emotional week and don't recover until it's too late. I think had this game been in Minnesota the Vikings would probably come out and blow the doors off the Eagles early and ride that momentum. The fact that it's in Philly though might be bad for them , especially if Philly's defense is able to set the tone early and keep the crowd in it.
I hope the Vikings lose in embarrassing fashion. I hope their fans cry. I hope they all quit watching football forever resulting in the Vikings being retracted and never heard from again.
Just them losing is cool too.

It would be really fucking cool to see the Jags win this game. I'm hoping it isn't too big for them.
Nothing against New England , I've generally defended them but the Jags would be something different and make me watch the Super Bowl.
Bortles needs to keep the Jags in it. How he handles Bill B's defense is the biggest factor in this game.

Miles Jack may have a short career but he's going to be a lot of fun to watch in the meantime. He just jumps off the screen.

There's got to be something on tape that tells teams to attack Jacksonville deep on 4th and short. They got burnt two or three times by it last week.

Pats offence against Jags defence is already a fascinating battle. Brady looks in good shape but that was a decent stop from Jacksonville on that drive.

They keep tackling well and it could be a long day for New England. They keep allowing third and shorts and they will be playing right into the Pats hands.

Don't understand running it horizontally on 3rd down against the Jags. Either run it at them or let Brady pick them apart.
Good drive by the Jags here. Hopefully they capitalize.

Uh oh! A lot of game left , but that was a hell of a drive. Defense needs to hold tight ... sack Brady early in the chains.

Is that Corey Grant or Dion Lewis? Geez.
Jaguars dictating to New England's defense is weird to watch.

No one really talked about this side of the ball in the build up to this game, but New England have blown hot and cold on defence this season and they showed clear weakness in this area in the early part of the season.

They are playing on ice skates right now. Jacksonville is passing early in downs , pushing New England to play sideline to sideline and then going right at them. It's really master gameplanning and play calling up to this point. Belichek will have an answer but the Jags at least capitalized with touchdowns in those drives.

What is Jacksonville doing? Why didn't they let the clock run down there?
They really need to hold Brady out of the end zone here. Keep the momentum.

This is a horrible situation for New England chasing the game against this defence, yet still you wouldn't be surprised to see Brady turn it around, probably with a 70-yard TD drive in the 4th quarter to boot.

Gronk might be missing though. Jacksonville falling apart here , horrible clock management by Marrone and now these penalties. Neither are necesssey.

That's the first time in the game that you can see the clear difference in post-season experience, terrible management from Jacksonville.
