Details of Flair's AEW deal been revealed. AEW gets paid by his energy drink to advertise them and Flair appears for free as part of the deal.
A lot of fighting between dirtsheets about whether or not there are problems backstage in AEW now too. Dave insists on it but everyone else is saying they have no clue what he is talking about.

Hi I'm Chris Jericho, you might remember me from when I called everyone in AEW unqualified.
---
Speaking with Chris Van Vliet, the former AEW World Champion was asked about his thoughts on McMahon stepping away from his creative role. Jericho stated that McMahon knew that the time was right and that he created an environment in the wrestling industry that would be beneficial to those within AEW:
“I mean, once again, there’s the reasons why he was stepping aside, and I’m not talking about that side of things. I never thought he would step down. And then I think had those other issues come up, there’s no way that he would have. But also, Vince is also smart. And I bet you he was like okay, I’m at the point now where this is not good for me to be here.
So he trained and groomed Triple H for 20 years, and probably felt confident enough that things are gonna continue without him. And I say this all the time in AEW, I think everybody could use six months working for Vince McMahon. Because that’s what you really understand what wrestling is, the wrestling business is and how the business works.”

Love then all pretending like Vince had a choice. It was not his decision to leave. Part of closing the deal was an assurance he would remain head of creative. He certainly is not head of creative now. They are trying to vote him out of the company entirely. Should a vote be forced, Vince is on the wrong side and cannot be saved, and will be pushed out entirely.
Likely why Vince is rapidly offloading his shares. He had to have expected this could be an option.

That's what you got out of that quote.
Jericho's point is obvious.. the guys in AEW need an education under the learning tree of Vince McMahon, or at least some valuable time in WWE to learn.

The most problematic wrestler AEW had came from WWE.

Jericho is a moron most of the time and the only reason he remains successful is because he's a massive carney. You're telling me Kenny Omega would improve by working in WWE for six months? Jon Moxley should have stayed as Dean Ambrose? Bryan Danielson hasn't been living his best life since leaving? That Eddie Kingston would flourish in a WWE setting? MJF isn't already a generational talent without the WWE's help? Jamie Hayter and Hikaru Shida aren't already some of the best female talents on the planet because they didn't go to WWE for a little while first? Fuck off, Jericho. He knows how to work the business but the dude says the dumbest shit sometimes.

Have there been a lot in post production? That usually taped shows like Rampage and pre-taped segments. The problems that happen live would be under someone's else domain.

This is sad to hear. This might be the final straw that takes AEW out of the Canadian market.
Reports are that for Collision and Dynamite in Montreal, a traditional wrestling hotbed, they are drawing only 2500 and 4500 respectively.
That's less than a quarter, to less than a third of the arena full.

He knows how to work the business but the dude says the dumbest shit sometimes. He's clearly referring to those running the show. Booking, creative, etc. Whether anyone accepts this or not, AEW are 4 years in, nearly 5. They're learning. And taking some classes from the most successful promoter in the world wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing to tighten some of those loose reigns and insert a level of consistency to the product. Or if we want to talk talent - mention the magnitude of workers to injury themselves or others in AEW. But we're not doing that. Or the number of workers that seemingly disappear for months, or the randomness of booking.

Ok thats a fair point. I think the unmentioned talent that disappears randomly is more due to booking than the talent themselves. I get what you’re saying.

A bunch of errors from pre-taped shit did make live TV, which should never happen. But my gut is that he did something not related to his job forcing Tony to fire him. Tony showed he REALLY does not like firing people so far only firing Punk and Havok. Since no one got the reason today, an NDA was likely involved, which seems to support this not being related to production.

And people all over the net will claim this is proof AEW is dead and not able to get crowds. Better for him to cut his losses and not return than get the negative press.

Blame the people shitting on the low attendance. Tony is fine tarping up arenas, but dirt sheets and social media give it so much negative press, it drowns out the actual show. It is not worth running these markets if this happens.

Listening to the Jericho interview (19:40 into the video) it doesn't sound like Jericho is taking a dig at AEW or calling the talent unqualified. It sounds more like he was inspired by how driven Vince was and didn't have an issue fulfilling his duties no matter how much of a pain it was because Vince well into his 70s still worked a crazy schedule. Also being around Vince taught him to view wrestling from a specific lens which made it easier to pitch ideas and not take things so personally.
Granted a few of the reported muck-rakers in AEW (Miro, Andrade, Malakai, Buddy, The Hardys, FTR, Punk) were ex-WWE. However I don't think the quote was that deep and Jericho was merely talking about how beneficial it was to him.
The question is, would Chris be as complimentary if you asked him about Vince in 2005? I'm sure he still had a lot of respect for Vince, but even by his own admission wasn't as close until his 2008 feud with Shawn. I think that experience is what helped give Chris the longevity in his career and why at 53 he's still working at a high level. Most guys wouldn't have had that opportunity and if they did receive it, it would be a typical lemonade out of lemons type of gimmick. The same that nearly saw LA Knight pushed out of the company.

It’s probably two things:
1) only Dynamite airs in Canada and they don’t even advertise Collision or Rampage 2) it’s the holiday season and people are already busy with shit. I have two school events at night this week alone.
Last trip through Canada in the summer the turn out was great.

LOL.
Sean Ross Sapp says Bryan Danielson has begun handing out fines to AEW Talent for social media misconduct:
“I think they [will stop complaining] because Bryan Danielson will now be fining them based on social media conduct... I know about at least one or two people who have been fined by him”

Got love AEW critics. AEW needs to be more like WWE they whine, and they need a locker room leader, and when they do, they then also bitch about it. Like which is it, you want a wrestler court or not in AEW to deal with backstage shit? Or do you just plan to bitch about whatever they do?

Calm down, you'll give yourself a heart attack.
Also,
“Britt Baker was the first to receive a fine for social media conduct over the past few days, this was due to her sounding off on Twitter about her being frustrated about her booking over the past few months.
Although this isn’t confirmed, I do think there’s a strong possibility that the second fine was given to The Hardy Boyz due to their booking complaints on Matt Hardy’s podcast a few days ago, and could’ve been the trigger to put this new law in-place.”

Looks like the reason Andrade is not in LFI is because he is on his way out of AEW. He went back to CMLL to have a backup if WWE does not want him back. Expected though he wants to return to WWE to tour with Charlotte, rather than work on opposite days of her basically.
It is also looking like his exit from AEW will be Miro destroying him to the point he cannot compete anymore.
