Meltzer thinks HHH is martyring Cody on purpose, but didn’t bank on Rock getting booed. I don’t understand that - it’s symbiotic. Just like it was for Dave Batista when he got the spot over Bryan. I think there’s a chance that we’re not understanding the full picture here one way or another. I want Big Dave to come back and play on his Drax character. He could get huge boos in the ring with Cody and genuinely believe they are booing Cody. I don’t know what that has to do with anything but I really love Drax and Big Dave. Big Dave is the man. His late heel run was a delight, and it looks like he’s got the legs for a good career in Hollywood now.

All better options than Dwayne. In your opinion, you mean. I stopped going to bigger shows because of the assholes. I do mostly small local shows where that shit will get you tossed. The only thing I dislike at smaller local shows is having one of the dudes next to me mansplain wrestling to me. I mean, it's RT, so I try to be nice...  That’s it. On May 8th I am gonna mansplain so hard. I’m going to point out the most obvious shit. Be like “did you know that is the same Chris Jericho that was in WWE?” Seriously though your post reminded me of the guy behind us at the last AEW show. He was there by himself and basically booed everyone for the whole 3+ hours. We were like “WHY ARE YOU EVEN HERE!?”

After watching Cody's promo, I have a few takes. When Cody says that he wants to take everything from Roman, he wants to destroy The Bloodline from the inside. He's willing to give up his shot at Roman because A] he thinks The Rock is the only person that can do it. B] If The Rock loses, Cody would face a worn-down RR down the road. Or [C] or unify both belts to be king of the world!
