Endeavor playing a weird game letting all signings of late go to the wire.
Becky a free agent in 12 hours.

Ricochet's contract is up over the summer. Ospreay petitioning hard for him to come to AEW. Ricochet pretty openly frustrated in WWE.

He should go. He has the personality of a gnat. You’re not wrong. AEW would be a better fit for him. He can show off in the ring and let someone else do his talking. Go do a stint in CMLL or NJPW too. Be sick if he entered next year’s BOSJ tournament.

Plenty of others are happy working in a different fed from their partners.
I def see Ricochet leaving as Tony can likely get him fairly cheap. Then feud him with Will and get a ton of attention on AEW.
Imagine both Mexico and Japan will want him too as a top guy.

Agreed, it's maybe one of the few things we can agree on, I see Ricochet leaving.
He's an indy type who is now be an even bigger star because of his time in WWE. And he's in his prime. He'd be a tremendous pick up for AEW.
But I need to see Ricochet v Bron and 20 minutes of mayhem from these two, with Ricochet trying out pace the juggernaut that is a full speed Bron Breakker.
Is it possible to spear a man, mid air, half way through a springboard 450 rotation? I want to find out.
The likely Triple Threat with Ilja is going to be off the charts as well.

Main thing his WWE run will have done is given people time to miss him. He will take very little of the WWE style with him when he leaves.
I imagine he will move to only signing shorter contracts from here on out, as this is now two for two that he was locked into contracts he was not happy with.

He should do what Lio Rush did and remain a free agent for a while until he finds his footing. Unless AEW offers him a bigger contract than expected, just go have fun for a year or two. Try and book him for the next Continental Classic tournament and let him go do some crazy shit in Mexico and Japan for a little while. Ricochet vs. Vikingo? Ricochet vs. Takahashi? Ricochet vs. Titan? Forget about it.

I would even suggest TNA, if our hopes and dreams meet up with reality and TNA does business with WWE. But, there's simply just not enough eyes on TNA for it to be special.

In unrelated news. Who needs Punk to give you a million dollar gate?
" WWE’s WrestleMania XL Sunday, held on April 7th, 2024 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA, achieved a groundbreaking record by generating $18,433,325 in ticket sales, establishing it as the highest-grossing single-day pro wrestling event in history.
The previous day’s event, WrestleMania XL Saturday, also saw substantial ticket sales amounting to $17,656,965.
The previous day’s event, WrestleMania XL Saturday, also saw substantial ticket sales amounting to $17,656,965.
These figures, reported by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, obtained through a public records request to the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission, exclude ticket fees. The weekend’s other events at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia also contributed to significant ticket sales:
SmackDown (Apr. 5): $2,022,405 NXT Stand & Deliver (Apr. 6): $1,109,245 Wrestlemania Night 1 (Apr. 6): $17,656,965 Wrestlemania Night 2 (Apr. 7): $18,433,325 Raw (Apr. 8): $2,243,015
It’s worth noting that WWE SmackDown, NXT Stand & Deliver, and Raw took place at the Wells Fargo Center, while both nights of WrestleMania XL were hosted at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA. "

No last minute contract came through, so Becky starts her 90 days. If her contract expired, does she even have a 90 day? Also, what do you think she does now that she is not under contract with WWE?

I imagine it is a 90 day no-compete that no one wants to challenge in court.
I think we wait 90 days then she appears in AEW or Stardom. Leaving a lot of cash on the table not working dates when she can, and will allow her to demand more cash when she returns to WWE.

Or maybe...she takes time off to be a mom and that's ok. Back in the day it was either or, but not both. She has nothing left to prove. She's can get herself a sweetheart deal getting paid to do appearances here and there, without having to put her body on the line. Or she can take some time off, maybe have another kid and since she hasn't burnt any bridges come back at a later time. I'm sure they would welcome her back with open arms.
As for Nattie, while I'm ok with her just being featured to put younger wrestlers over or at Rumbles now, and while her personality on screen isn't the best, like her or not, she's a great wrestler and trainer and that would be a loss as she's a locker room leader.
If Ricochet leaves he's one I think that would do very well elsewhere. I've heard he's very well thought of by everyone so would be a welcome addition pretty much anywhere anywhere.

I would think with Seth out injured she’s not in a rush to make a decision, and it also seems like Endeavor/WWE are the same. Wasn’t she meant to be taking a break after WM anyway? And she’s always been a bit of a troll, I can see her re-signing on the quiet and coming back closer to when Seth’s ready. Becky’s always been pretty good at knowing when to take a break.

And why would she go to AEW? For a bit of extra cash and a lighter schedule.. sure.
But I'm sure she could negotiate that with WWE, while making more money from the considerable high rate of merch sales and royalties. I'm sure there's a Roman deal on the table.
Unlike every other former WWE talent to go AEW, she actually has a choice.
Everyone else was either released from WWE or a contract was not renewed, or they knew they had reached their ceiling in WWE and wouldn't see a match with a camera turned on. Edge, Christian, Jericho had all aged out significantly and then you've got The Hardys who were a liability to WWE. And of course, there's Banks who took her ball and went home.
Ok, what about the Seth factor. He's a WWE lifer now. A made man. Half of his real life beef with Punk is, he spent 10 years busting his ass making WWE a better place, as did a lot of people, including Lynch - while people like Punk and AEW spent the better half of the last 5 years trying to tear it down.
But hey, if she goes to AEW she'll probably get a song by The Dropkick Murphy's. And that's probably the best thing that will happen. I can't wait to see the 37 year old Lynch squashing everyone and calling them dopes. It'd be like she never left WWE.

Feels like a whole lot of copium to claim she can just negotiate with WWE. That is what they did and she walked. Clearly she did not get what she wanted, which seemed just to be time off.

You nor anyone here or any dirtsheets around know what discussions her and WWE have had.
After Drew’s contract talks, maybe you’d want to sit this one out.

And frankly, if she wants to take the money and lighter schedule and have an Edge like run in AEW then she’s earned it. She’s done it all in WWE and could retire tomorrow and be in contention as the company’s GOAT female wrestler.

She may not want to go to AEW.
Countless people left WWE in the 2000s, with mass releases being an almost twice yearly tradition, and the same sort of people were adamant about every WWE releasee going to TNA " to be used to their full potential " I believe that was the catchcry.
And the only guys to show up were usually the guys with no where else to go.
