I damn near almost moved my work schedule around so I could drive to Calgary and attend this show but I would have lost out on some overtime and couldn't justify it. But damn if it doesn't look like it'll be a banger.

I'm conflicted. I want Hangman to win but I want Dragon to end his full-time run with a match vs Swerve.

Dragon likely has another target for All In. No be shocked if it was Mox.  Or someone from Japan or Mexico.

I think Danielson wins and that is the catalyst for Hangman joining Team Elite for Blood & Guts. He wants to get his hands on Swerve by any means necessary and when his title shot goes away he will be driven even further into madness and sell his soul to the EVPs for a chance to hurt Swerve.

Wembley main event ends with Bryan Danielson leading the biggest Yes chant since Wrestlemania 30.

Danielson holds the title until WrestleDream and either puts someone over on his way into semi-retirement, or he retains and vacates the title the following Dynamite and gives a nice goodbye speech. OOOOOOORRRRRRR....he refuses and says he isn't giving up the title until someone beats him, and we enter 2025 with a heel Bryan Danielson as a part-time champion.

I've seen that idea tossed around here and elsewhere and I honestly love it. I don't think it happens, but it would be so cool.

I was going to post in the Collision thread but I'll share it here.

I've always liked or loved Hangman Page but this current incarnation is the best he's ever been, and I don't even think it's close. The match against Jay White was incredible. Hangman is such a force of nature. Jay White is usually amazing at shutting aggressive wrestlers down but it took him at least 10 minutes before he had a moment of sustained control. Hangman is vicious, loved the spot with the belt. I also loved that even though we have superpowered Hangman, who was already World Champion material before his return, Jay White still hung with him and was on even terms. They keep Jay strong even though he's primarily a trios guy. The only thing I didn't like was Christian interfering, but at least it wasn't presented like Jay White would have won if not for Christian. Hangman could easily have won anyway. Just a nitpick.

Consequently, Hangman vs Danielson is super anticipated. Many possibilities can emerge from the match and they are all awesome. Keep it up, AEW.

Loved MJF's promo from Collision too. Perhaps not the best MJF has ever been, but the best he has been in a long time. The seeds are sown for MJF vs Ospreay.

One thing I would change with Hanger now, is to replace the Buckshot with something else, or just have evil Hangman but people down with the Deadeye instead. Buckshot does not really make sense with this version of him. If he wants to finish with a lariat, use a Hanson style lariat and just plow through people with it.

His knees in 10 years will love him too if he started to retire the Buckshot...

I agree this is the perfect time to phase out the Buckshot. Save it for big moments or retire it entirely on this run. It's too flashy for a heel that just wants to fuck people up.

Depends on who is taking it imo. I've seen him hit it where it looks like his opponent literally broke their neck and I've also seen him hit it where it looks like they both just fell down and nothing bad happened. I like it as a second rope move or when he does it through a table though. Looks deadly from an elevated position and seems safer than a piledriver or tombstone.

Gonna miss the first match. I swear to god if Hangman/Danielson is first for some reason I might try to fight The Elite by myself.

I think there's a little more story in the women's final.  So that's why I think it's closing the show.

I mean should be obvious, Tony did not want to leave people upset. And Hanger going over will upset people.
