This is only a couple of hours from me. If they would have announced the MJF/Ospreay match a few weeks ago I’d probably go check it out. But I already got plans so I’ll probably watch it though Twitter clips before bed.

Also.. anyone know why this match is happening on Dynamite in Little Rock Arkansas when All In is just weeks away? This is Goldberg/Hogan vibes.

Everyone has been asking this and rightfully so. I'm on the fence about it. On one hand, it shouldn't matter where you are. If it's a televised show, you put on the best show you can. But you also run the risk of this match getting a less than favourable reaction if the crowd is weak. Which you DO NOT WANT for a marquee match like this.

It's almost like they started booking the show then someone went "hey Tony, did you know next week is the 250th episode?" and Tony went "OH FUCK"

EDIT: And there you go. Crowd doesn't even chant Ospreay's name during his theme. Not a great start.

all due respect to the fine people of Little Rock, Arkansas but if Tony had his druthers ep 250 would absolutely be either in Chicago or Daily's Place (Vegas being a distant 3rd choice)

yeah but i had figured aew had become genre savvy and figured they'd leave room for the inevitable "you and i have beef, let's fight it out RIGHT HERE TONIGHT" that ends up also eating time
