He trucked Michael Carter II in a similar way a few seasons ago, key difference is MCII is a slot CB while Hamlin is a safety and Tua didn't have the head injuries when he did his vs NYJ 3 years ago. This was also sort of bang-bang where as Tua hit a stationary defender in the clip below.
