We absolutely needed to see Rodgers have a chance with a new coordinator. The relationship there had clearly gone stale and watching some of the Packers games this season has just been depressing.

And yes the defense sucked too but that was also on McCarthy for his loyalty to his staff. Capers should have been gone years before this season.

His record without Rodgers is abysmal. He’s had multiple tries at drafting and developing a backup and couldn’t really do it to any success.
