Really questioning Antonio Brown as a top 4 keeper now. š I'd honestly go with Jared Cook - reports are that he's on fire in camp and should be the clear #2 receiver for the Saints. The drop off from him to the #5 fantasy TE is huge.Ā Cook, Williams or Brown? š With how heās played for me, I just canāt imagine dropping Brown but it seems like such a sure flameout.

His seems like a Kenyan Drake situation where he's projected to be the starter but it never actually happens.

There is a 0% chance Damien Williams plays the whole season as a starter or in general.
Youāre crazy to get rid of AB, though.

Question for Nobi, and anyone else that wants to chime in - if you're the Texans, would you trade Clowney for Trent Williams if all parties were open to it?

After that Clowney rumour came out people pointed out that because we've passed the francishe tag deadline Clowney essentially has a no-trade clause because he has to agree to sign the tender before a trade can be done. That also means that whoever traded for him wouldn't be able to work out a long term deal until after the season, which means they're risking him being a one-year rental.
If I had to guess I'm predicting he reports towards the end of the preseason, plays this year with the Texans and then walks in free agency, whilst Washington waits until closer to the trade deadline to move Trent Williams to a contender who needs an LT.

The rookie RB they drafted us a little scary to pull snaps from but otherwise Iām not particularly worried about Carlos Hyde or the other Williams. The Chiefs RB group isnāt particularly deep.

No way the Skins make that trade. It will mean likely having to start Ereck Flowers. Much as I hope the Redskins will be that stupid I doubt it will happen..

They have Donald Penn and Geron Christian fighting over the LT spot, Flowers is competing with a rookie for a spot at guard.

No sir I would not trade Clowney, they should have already worked out a deal with him to keep him around.

Only way Clowney or Trent get traded at this point is mid-season if both teams are out of the playoffs and a playoff team has a hole to fill. They're both staying where they're at for now, even though I don't see Trent getting on the field.

Man it feels kinda weird right now that I'm way more into the Astros baseball than anything going on in NFL right now. Preseason football is the absolute fucking worst cock tease ever. I was got caught at the train coming home from the gym about a month ago and heard the Astros game on the radio they hit 3 homers back to back to back while I was sitting there it was awesome. I watched them drop 23 the other night. Just really fell in love with this team and through them I have fallen in love with the sport of baseball.

Our rookie offensive linemen look really nice tonight.
Lord this Lions team looks really bad though, like nobody is even trying.
Awesome to see Brian Cushing, TJ Yates, and Andre Johnson on the sidelines being a part of the team, this pleases me.

It's 2 drives but fuck yeah. Easy to forget Mercilus' ability to rush the passer since he barely played on the edge last season. Probably factors into O'Brien's thinking on Clowney. Don't agree with it, but I can see it.
Watson down the field with protection making it look easy. Good stuff.
Detroit 3/22 on 3rd down in their two games. Fucking yikes.

D'Onta Foreman tore his biceps and is out for about four months, so I think we can officially kill off the idea that releasing him was a terrible move by the Texans.
Jimmy G went 1/6 for -1 yard and an interception in his return. Don't want to read too much into preseason action but he looked terrible.

Zeke was apparently offered the second highest RB money only behind Todd Gurley.
It's apparently 'not going to fly' with Zeke as he wants to be the highest paid.
NOW unlike Melvin Gordon, I think Zeke has earned the right to get super paid and paid more then Todd Gurley.

They will come up with a way to have the contract so Zeke and his agent can say he is the highest paid RB. There's no chance Jerruh doesn't end up signing him.

Jones is playing this one a little weird though - first the veiled āZeke who?ā comment and then extending Smith. Iām sure something will get done but it doesnāt seem as certain to me as it did a few weeks ago.
