KING KID sassed me in the Fanfic Draft thread. I wanted to annoy him. He no sold it AND put me over. So I'm changing it back once I'm done doing the other stuff I'm doing.

They tricked me into going into some wrestler draft thread where they'll write stories and a bunch of them had @ness 's avatar and confused poor RT (doesn't take much eh bud?) and then there were some with KING KID 's avatar and then Lony told me to block Ness and š¤Æ was high fiving everyone and said he was going to become pws official mascot and then

Maybe I feel this way because I don't own a car but... People overreact way too much to getting a scratch on their car. They rage, they cry, they are willing to fork out a lot of cash to get it scrubbed up. I feel this reaction is way disproportionate compared to getting a scratch or a mark on basically anything else they own. Well scratches can mess up the value of a car and ding the price cosmetically. Also depending where or how deep the scratch is, it can easily start to rust and then itās even more problematic. Plus I just like things I paid a lot of money for to look nice and not be messed up because people are inconsiderate.

Just now all of those characters have main stream appeal thanks to the MCU. Remember it was the comics and cartoons forum in its original incarnation.

Yes but that was before Netflix had anime for normies, and the MCU got over and things like GOT were more watercooler than the big game.
Nerdery served a purpose, but having two separate threads with 1/2 the posts didn't make sense after we moved here. The geeky shit was accepted by the casuals and without any of the nerd stank BO you find at cons.
The only true nerdery stuff is in our weekly nerd threads. At most a nerdery sticky like replacing the anime thread.

It is the first time something gets scratched, then it is not longer so new and perfect and people don't react as badly the second and subsequent times, because it is not longer in that perfect state.. I expect it's the same reason getting raped in the shower at jail would seem worse the first time.
